Om du letar efter en plats nära Bandera ännu i landet är detta 2 sovrum 2 badrum hem. Det är äkta vintage 1940-talets Texas western. Detta hem ligger på en mil från Main Street Bandera på 4 tunnland och är tyst känns avskilt men är nära staden och erbjuder perfekt fågelskådning. Huset är laddat med karaktär men har alla moderna bekvämligheter och är mycket bekvämt med en vilsam atmosfär. Detta hem rymmer upp till 6 personer. Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har 2 tvillingar, och det finns också en hopfällbar bäddsoffa som kommer att sova två. Huset byggdes av min farfar och far som en familjesemesterhus 1947-48. Utåt verkar det mycket som det gjorde när det byggdes, men det har alla helt nya mekaniker, ledningar och VVS. Det stora vardagsrummet har en sten spis (vedeldning), trägolv, färdiga tallväggar och välvt tak, och är dekorerad med Ranch Oak & W. R. Dallas möbler.

Breezeway med D’Hanis kakelgolv och stora fönster vetter mot den trädbevuxna egendomen och fungerar som matplats. Det andra sovrummet har ett västerländskt tema med cowboy tapeter, lakan och möbler. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla apparater, utom det finns ingen diskmaskin. Hemmet har ett säkerhetssystem, täckt parkering, ny central luft och värme, höghastighetsinternet-TV, en MP3 / Ipod-kapabel stereo AM / FM-ljudsystem, CD-spelare och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och det finns ingen telefonservice men utmärkt celltäckning. Huset har: -King size-säng i sovrummet - Första badet med glassluten dusch -Twin-sängar i det andra sovrummet - Andra badet med badkar / duschkombination - Uttäckt bäddsoffa för två -Kök med kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, toppskiva & konvektionsugn och kylskåp - utrustad med bra köksredskap och apparater - stort vardagsrum - stor veranda

This was my second time staying here, and it was absolutely perfect again. It is an incredible vintage time capsule but with 21st century HVAC and wifi. I spent half my stay sharing photos of all the fun and fascinating ranch house design elements and decor. Highly recommend this property for relaxation, bird watching, and peace and quiet.

The breaker tripped the first night for all the lights in both bedrooms, had to email host because i couldnt find the breaker box, it was hidden behind a picture. Front A/C unit didnt work the whole time we were there, it was hot. It was pretty close to town.

My wife and I wanted a quiet and peaceful place to spend our 59th wedding anniversary. The ranch house filled the bill! It was the perfect place to explore the surrounding small towns and the beauty that the area is known for. Max was the perfect host!

Location questionable

Home was very Texas quaint. Had to drive through dilapidated trailer park which is on 4 acre property. Dogs ended up with fleas…many deer and squirrels. Can hear highway from outside, quiet inside. One key opens deadlock from inside and outside. Owner has alarm system.

Lovely Getaway

We loved our relaxing getaway at this lovely little home that was built by the owner's grandparents. We would definitely stay again! It was cute and quaint, and I could almost imagine my grandmother bringing out cookies as we lounged andwatched the birds.

Quiet Cabin with Character

I chose this cabin because it looked like a fun, quirky spot. This was exactly what we had hoped. The cabin has character and is very cozy. The location is quiet without being too isolated, which is exactly what we wanted.I recommend this property. The check is was easy, though it might be hard to find the turn for the cabin late at night. This is prefect for a relaxing getaway. We did have one issue with fleas while there, which was unfortunate. The host was responsive, and while nothing could be done right away, I appreciated the quick response. Hopefully this issue gets solved for the future and the property can be as wonderful as it can be for future visitors.

We had a great time. Very nice place to stay. Cooking dinner outside and sitting by the fire was the best time for us to sit, visit and relax.

Rustic Retreat

My husband and I were in Bandera to visit family. This was a convenient location for us. It was nice to see deer, geese, and LOTS of beautiful cardinals from the windows of the cabin.

Exceeded Expectations

This cabin is amazing - the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. It was like a time machine back to the 1950s but with super fast WiFi and powerful air conditioning! Loved seeing deer and wild birds right out the window. Secluded and peaceful but so close to town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean, prompt host, great property

I have nothing but good things to write about this rental. Stayed here for a few days in early Nov. 1.The house was SO CLEAN. Plenty of towels and linens available. Bathrooms, kitchen, etc had been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. 2. The host was prompt and timely in responses for the few questions I had. Wifi was fast and reliable. 3. It’s an older house with a great deal of charm and character. The house heated fast & well even with temps into the 50s. 4. We were able to cook and use all facilities as needed. Basic supply of kitchen utensils to use. 5. a nice perk of the trip was the deer and wildlife we could observe from inside the house or on the porch.

Cabin

We stayed 6 weeks in our B & B. We were comfortable and stress free. Everyday we went to the different restaurants in the area and went site seeing in the area. Our owner of the cabin has suggestions for site seeing. Enjoyed going to surrounding towns to see what each town had to offer. Overall, our stay was great and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a B & B in the area.

Close to everything in Bandera yet quiet and private

This small house is great for family and the dog too. It is in the country; we saw deer out the window every day. Yet close drive to downtown so close to everything there is to do in Bandera, including horseback riding. Small but fully stocked kitchen, and high speed internet and cable TV. So all the comforts of the city plus the peace and quiet, and big yard / property to enjoy.

Lots of character.

The inside of the house was spotlessly clean and had tons of charm. Max was great about communicating. It was a nice quiet place to spend a weekend. The neighborhood around it looked pretty rundown but it was quiet which was appreciated. Overall a unique place to spend a few days near Bandera.
