Allt är helt nytt i denna andra våningen hem på en lugn gata. Enheten har en stor öppen planlösning och välvda tak i vardagsrum med takfönster och en eldstad för en ren, modern vibe.

En gourmet äter i köket med gasspis är öppet till vardagsrummet och har allt du behöver för att känna sig hemma.

Hemmet var dekorerad med lyx och din komfort i åtanke, med två queen sängar och en king size-säng att sova upp till 6 i komfort.

Det stora sovrummet [drottning] har en egen eget badrum med dusch med två duschmunstycken och dubbla fåfänga handfat.

Den mellersta sovrummet [king] har en blu-ray-spelare och stor platt skärm tv- tillsammans med vardagsrummet, för de kalla eller regniga dagar du bara vill bo och gosa hemma.

Varje sovrum har en egen styrd luftkonditionering enhet samt ett för de viktigaste vardagsrum. Gott om garderob och låda utrymme för alla dina saker.

Hemmet läge är en lätt fem till tio minuters promenad till centrum av staden och det är affärer, restauranger och färja. Också gå till någon av de lokala stränderna med lätthet, eller hyra en cykel i butiken runt hörnet för längre dagsturer runt National Seashore. En första våningen förråd är stor för att lagra cyklarna lätt i slutet av dagen.

Om du hellre vill bo nära och underhålla, en stor sjal runt däck på framsidan av enheten har en utomhus skörd bord med plats för sex, och Adirondack stolar att dra upp på morgonen eller eftermiddagssolen, medan du lyssnar på fåglarna från den intilliggande natur bevara på baksidan av enheten.

Perfect retreat

This was such a beautiful condo that was the perfect walking distance from Commercial street to feel close while also feeling quiet. We had everything we could want and felt so comfortable and relaxed staying here. Would absolutely rebook this place.

Perfect place in P-Town

Indeed a West End Gem! Has all of the qualities and amenities one could wish for—quiet location yet easily walkable to the vibrant downtown; well-outfitted kitchen; a lovely 2nd-story deck; modern mini-split AC and heat systems (plus new ceiling fans and a gas fireplace for chilly fall mornings); a laundry room; and small but important conveniences like a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, games, books and even flashlights and first aid kits.

Excellent rental

August was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating. Allowed early, easy, bag drop off before check in. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location. An easy walk into town while being in a quiet neighborhood.

Would highly recommend

The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the porch. The location was great. We like to cook, so we appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It was also very quiet! The place was well insulated and designed (e.g., soft closures on kitchen drawers and cabinets) so that someone could wake up early and not disturb the rest. We highly recommend the place.

Cozy home in West End

We stayed here in late October and had a wonderful visit. The home is perfectly located in the West End with easy walking access everywhere in town, and August was exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. For those who cook, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home, which was a a nice plus!

Another outstanding stay

This was our 4th stay at the West End Gem. A well-located, well-outfitted, very comfortable unit in a close-to-downtown yet quiet location. The owner, August, is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We plan to return yet again.

Easy location, great accommodation!

Communication was excellent and the property was spotless and well equipped. Easy location for the town and cycling to the beaches. We had teenagers with us and this property and location worked well. Having bikes made it easy to get around. 3rd visit to PTown and we always have a great week. Thankyou !

We've been to Ptown many times, but this particular property was our favorite -- clean, spacious, great location, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. August was highly responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

Everything Was Perfect!

My guests and I LOVED this rental. We can't say enough good things about it. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed or could want, was an easy walk to Commercial Street and everything around. We really appreciated the detailed booklet explaining where everything was. We had a fantastic and comfortable stay and can't stop raving about it!!

Our stay was great and the location of this spot was superb. August was great at communicating and answering questions quickly. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bedrooms were well equipt. Nothing but positive things to say!

Quiet, Clean, Newer Built Condo! Highly recommended

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay here 7/13-7/20. The condo was very clean and was even better than the photos and descriptions. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to be able to properly cook for the week. The couch was ultra comfortable to lounge in between Ptown Adventures. Close enough to walk to Stop and Shop Located at the back of a lot off Franklin street. So it was very quiet as well and not noisy at night. I would 100% rent again

Fantastic two week stay

We rented this place for two weeks at the end of the season and had a great time. It is spacious and looks as in the pictures. Very nice outside deck and very well stocked kitchen. We had a minor issue with one of the AC units that was addressed quickly by the owner. Our only suggestion would be to be better stocked on laundry, dishwashing, and soap supplies. Would stay again.

Excellent Provincetown Getaway

This condo has everything one would want when staying in Provincetown--quiet West End neighborhood yet very walkable to the center of town; two good-sized parking spaces; recently-renovated and smartly-designed, with a well-laid-out floor plan featuring a large, open, well-outfitted kitchen-living-dining area: new split AC units that cool very well, along with an efficient gas fireplace for chilly nights; a large wrap-around deck and table for comfortable dining or just relaxing; a well- kept gas grill; big-screen TV; good wifi; handy in-unit laundry; and nice neighbors. Five stars all around!

We loved the property and would consider renting the same unit. The only issue we noticed during our stay was the amount of dog hair throughout the property. One the floor, night stands etc. Do you happen to know who does the owner of unit E rent through. I don't recall seeing the listing on VRBO like unit F

Great Spot in Provincetown

This condo truly is a gem. In a quiet location yet close to the center of town, roomy, well-designed and well-outfitted, it has just about everything you would need for a week's stay or longer for up to 6 persons. This includes excellent new split-system ACs and ceiling fans in each room, plus a gas fireplace for cool evenings or mornings. This year's stay was our third, and we couldn't help but notice how the owners make continuous improvements. We're already looking foward to our next stay.

Perfect Property for Ptown

The property is perfectly maintained and the description was accurate. It has a very nice living area which opens onto a large deck. They thought of everything and I would stay there again.

We live in Dallas, and Provincetown has been our escape for years from the hustle and bustle of traffic, and work. This home offered way more than we could have ever imagined like space, and is still is very close to downtown Provincetown, the grocery store, and the beach.

This truly is our home away from home, and its the perfect size to entertain, to live, and to relax. Its got a huge kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, and two full baths; and all these things together are very rare in Provincetown.
