I'm originally from Albania and came to the United States to study Engineering. My husband Jerome is from Baltimore, and has dedicated many of his schooling years to becoming a Biotech Scientist. We made beautiful San Diego our permanent home over a decade ago, and fall in love with it again each day.

City Heights is located in the heart of the city, with easy and quick access to everything San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood is vibrant,walkable, and home to some of our all-time favorite restaurants (ask us for recommendations!), and a short 3-4 mile drive from SDSU and Alvarado Medical Center.

This fashionably updated home has all the space you need to enjoy San Diego in comfort - a huge primary bedroom with en suite bathroom can comfortably sleep 3-4 guests on two queen beds and a single day bed, plus a full-sized desk/workspace & walk-in closet. Our favorite secondary bedroom with a full sized bed also serves as a "sun room" overlooking the backyard. Plus, there's an optional sofa bed in the second living room area.

The large and airy living room features a contemporary remote-controlled fireplace and 4K smart 55" Fire TV with pre-loaded bonus apps. The bonus second living room space includes another 32" smart TV. Each TV is setup with Netflix and additional options for your entertainment. Powerful AC/heating mini-split units were recently installed in each room to ensure your comfort.

The well-equipped and modern kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, pots & pans and all the basics you need to show off your inner chef. Complete with gas range, dishwasher and private in-home laundry with all the necessary amenities for your convenience (starter laundry detergent provided). Breakfast-bar seating for a quick bite in addition to formal dining room to treat your family/group to a delicious home cooked meal.

A second bathroom with beautifully large step-in shower and built-in seat. - Both bathrooms are complete with linens and a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

The shared large yard is great for outdoor entertainment, with a propane grill for the grill master! The wide driveway in the alley provides dedicated space to park 2 cars. Additional private & secure storage may be available for a fee.
