Denna perfekta oas, erbjuder många anpassade funktioner inklusive alla trägolv, välvt trätak, omfattande skåp, bekväma nya soffmöbler, platt skärm T. V. (inklusive direkt-TV), WiFi, fullt utrustat kök (inklusive diskmaskin), inomhus- och utomhusbord för matsal, takfläktar i varje rum, duschkabin och en privat tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Varje sovrum har dubbelsängar, en dubbel dörrskåp och gott om plats så att du verkligen kan känna dig som hemma.
Detta sällsynta, helt nya enfamiljshus kommer med skärmad, dubbelruta fönster för en majestätisk havsutsikt och möjliga delfinsyn! Det finns flera privata uteserveringsalternativ, privat 3-brännare propangrill och säker privat uppfart av tegelsten som erbjuder parkering för två fordon. Helt inhägnad på gården.
Detta är det hem du behöver för din semester! Det ligger i en charmig strandstad som erbjuder restauranger, shopping, marknader, postkontor och närbutiker inom gångavstånd. Summerland-stranden drivs av länet Santa Barbara och ligger mindre än en mil från Summerland Double Dolphin-hemmet. Stranden och parken erbjuder en lekplats, sandvolleyboll, picknickbord, grillar och gratis parkering.
Staden Summerland kan vara pittoreska men den erbjuder något för alla; oavsett om du vill vandra / cykla på välskötta spår och bakvägar, surfa på den världsberömda Rincon, ligga på den lugna stranden, smutta på ett glas vin på Summerland Winery, ta allmänbussen till Santa Barbara eller Carpinteria (världens säkraste strand !) eller stanna hemma och titta på havet - detta är platsen för dig.
Vi är väldigt stolta över det här hemmet och har gjort allt vi kan för att leverera allt du behöver för att göra din semester oförglömlig!
Vi är ägare drivna och bor i ett separat hem på fastigheten. Om du har några speciella önskemål, tveka inte att ringa oss. Vi vill att din vistelse ska vara väldigt avkopplande, rolig och orofri.

What a beautiful place! Rick and Debby built perfection - from the detailed decor to the loving construction, they have perfected the VRBO experience. We especially enjoyed the ocean view and loved walking down to restaurants and shops. It was an added bonus to meet Rick and Debby and chat with them. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer…maybe next time.

The double dolphin was a great stay. There is a cute selection of stores in the town with coffee, produce, and a few restaurants. Access to SB and Montecito is easy. The place was a great size, clean, and everything you needed.

The house is adorable, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy and parking is off the street and right up to the house. There is ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The living room is also very cozy and the kitchen has everything you could want. The ground coffee, pods, creamer and sugar is a lovely touch. Rick and Debby are quick to respond with any questions. Summerland is a cute little town and house is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. My friend and our 20 year old daughters stayed for two nights. It was perfect and we would stay there again.

weekend stay!

the location is fantastic, walking distance to coffee and restaurants and park with ocean view. the couches were very well loved but other than that the house was very will maintained and clean! would definitely book again

Exceptional property

This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!

The Double Dolphin is absolutely my favorite place to stay when coming to Southern California! It has all the amenities we need and is always clean and fresh, yet so welcoming and homey! My absolute favorite place to be is in the living room on one of the reclining chairs, looking out at the ocean while the sun comes up - for me, absolute heaven!

Perfect choice for a cozy getaway.

All listing information was accurate and the atmosphere was wonderful - both within the rental and the beach-side community where it is located. It's only a short walk away from the beach or good food. Would easily recommend.

Perfect Getaway!

This was a perfect and private spot! Although it is a second unit it was so private! Beautiful yard and bungalow. Everything was just as expected! We hope to come back!

Summerland vacation

Summerland home was very comfortable and pleasant. The ocean view from the livingroom was great. The home was clean. There were not enough drinking glasses so we had to keep washing them by hand and it was disappointing that the television was not a smart TV. When we relaxed at night direct TV provided few movies and those with interruption by commerials. Good place to stay due to it's location near Santa Barbara.

Quiet, perfect location for home base or retreat

I loved staying here, a great space with everything I needed and a welcoming place to relax and retreat. Close to lots of great restaurants and places to visit in SB area, and if you want to stay at home base, a wonderful place to just relax. I was on a work/play trip. Perfect for both. Will stay again!

Rick has been in construction for over 38 years, we designed and custom built the Summerland Double Dolphin to be the ideal vacation home that it is. Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this location because it allowed us to build a second home on the property to fulfill our vision of one day being able to build a new custom home that family and guests could enjoy for many years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Being that we built this home in 2014 from the ground up we were able to truly choose the amenities that are important to us and to our guests as well. These amenities include a great ocean view allowing you to relax and watch the boats and sea life pass by. We also incorporated hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, and a kitchen dinette in a place that gets magnificent natural light. We know that everyone congregates to the kitchen so we built a great extended seating counter with backed bar stools that allow for everyone to come together and enjoy each other’s company. The home also has a customized bathroom with a large inlay glass walk in shower. The bedrooms are roomy and offer plenty of light. All the switched lighting throughout the home is customized so you can create your own mood through dimmer switches and we included ceiling fans in all the rooms. The home is very quite as it has all double pane windows with screens and solid interior alder wood doors. We put a lot of thought into the footprint of the home so that it would be very private including the patio off the master bedroom and the seating area in the backyard. A full County approved fire sprinkler system was installed for your family safety.
