Trip to Los Angeles

The property worked out for us since we had 2 well mannered dogs. There were 2 secure yards. The property photographs were very accurate and the unit was comfortable. The confusion was regarding the address. There are 2 addresses with the exact same pictures. One is in Van Nuys and the other is in Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills address would have been the more convenient address for us because my husband was in the Beverly Hills Art Show in Downtown Beverly Hills. As it turns out the La Cienega address is the office. Also confusing was the host name. Michael Hiller and Micah Hill. When we arrived there was a car in the driveway. The property manager, Tag told us the property did not come with parking. We left a note on the car in the driveway asking if we could share the parking. The person moved the car so we could share. There was no wfi when we arrived. We contacted the internet provider and were able to reset the wfi which was important to me for work. In the end, all worked out and the property worked out well for us.

Bait and Switch

Property is listed as near Wilshire/La Cienega, but when you go to check in they will give you an address over 19 miles away in the Valley. Fake listing, should be removed!

Avoid at all costs - Dishonest operator.

When my wife and I arrived at the address we reserved we had not yet received check in instructions. When we contacted the owner and asked for instructions to be forwarded, he apologized, indicated that he had been bus y and that he'd work with vrbo to get them to us. When we received the checkin info, a bait and switch happened. It was not for our reserved property in Beverly Hills, it was for someplace over 30 minutes away in Van Nuys. We called vrbo customer service and thet said the owner hung up on them. We called the owner three times and emailed several times and he never responded back to help resolve and provide access to our reserved property. We ended up having to stay in a hotel and the owner told us he would not provide a refund. We eventually were refunded by vrbo, but the property owner was horrible to deal with.
