Renovated and spacious, this 2-bedroom house near Collins Park is an oh-so-cozy 30+ day rental. With comfortable, modern furnishings throughout, the Collins StayAwhile is a great option if you're in between homes, going through home renovations, experiencing damage to your own home, or working in Topeka for a few months.

The outdoor space is also a key feature of this pet-friendly property -- with a covered front porch and a large, fenced backyard.

*CENTRAL LOCATION: Quiet, safe neighborhood near Collins Park and Washburn Park, only a five-minute drive to the two major hospitals, the State Capitol and Washburn University. The house is close to amenities and downtown but also tucked away on this low traffic street. In addition, for other shopping needs, Wanamaker Road is a seven-minute drive from the house.

*PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: Two bedrooms, one full bathroom (tub/shower), 1,150 sq. ft. on the main level. Renovated and furnished in 2023. Covered front porch. Big fenced backyard with three seating areas. Single car attached garage. Spacious bedrooms w/ blackout curtains, fans, dressers and smart TVs. Walk-in closet off main bedroom. Washer/dryer on main. Large living room with cozy couch, cozy chair, electric fireplace, smart TV and desk/workspace area -- perfect for relaxing. Fully stocked kitchen for all cooking and baking needs. High-speed internet. Lots of storage space in the basement.

Very Comfortable

4 Month stay for work in Topeka. The home is comfortably equipped with many nice touches for the stay. Pictures are accurate albeit an older home. Very nice gas fireplace, good kitchen and appliances. Nice respite at the end of the day! Communication and support from owner was terrific!
