Double Booked

I was informed after the check in time that my reservation was over booked. I only found out because I asked the host what the door code was. Otherwise, I would have arrived at the location and found out I did not have a place to stay. I was already driving to vegas when I found out. This was extremely inconvenient, and actually quite unsafe considering the heat in Vegas around this time. It was very difficult to find a house that could fit our group on such short notice and it ended up costing a lot more due to making a same day booking. I will never book with VRBO again. Their hosts need to manage their bookings and VRBO needs to create a software system that does not allow this to happen. Customer service did nothing to help with the situation other than provide a refund. This did not come close to the inconvenience and stress they caused.

Wonderful home!

This home is amazing! Everything was nice and clean. Its a pretty big home, I was really surprised how big it was. This was our first time staying at a rental property. We normally stay on the strip. I really enjoyed having a pool to ourselves and not having to be around so many people, or having to find a lounge chair. It was a quiet neighborhood, so it was nice to take breaks away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to get an Uber/Lyft to and from the strip. The beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience.

Perfect for a group of friends

Me and 4 friends stayed here for a guys weekend. The weekend flew by and I wish we had more time to hang out in the pool and putt, and play pool inside. The house stays plenty cool in the Vegas heat, and there’s plenty of space. Was it spotless? No, but it also didn’t have anything that stuck out as being really dirty either. Would stay here again.

Place was clean, needed a little bit of maintenance but what can you expect from an old property? Didn’t receive door code until right at check in time so we were kind of freaking out about when we were going to get it since we were in town 4 hours early, but all and all would stay again

golf trip

4 days for golf trip. Tons of room with a great, fully stocked kitchen and very nice living space. Good value for the space and privacy. Good pool table and outdoor BBQ and large pool/slide. Has a large putting green as a bonus. Lots of sitting areas in a huge backyard. Very quiet for the entire stay. Good bedrooms with well supplied bathrooms. Could have used some hand soap and shampoo but there is a Walmart a couple blocks away. Costs 15-20 for Uber to the central strip. No complaints and would stay here again for the same purpose

Das Haus

Der Aufenthalt war gut, Das Haus jedoch bedarf einer kompletten Renovierung. Keine einzige Schranktüre in der Küche schliesst richtig. Das ganze Mobiliar ist Uralt und müsste ersetzt werden. Klima Anlage sehr laut. Schade, dass man so ein Haus dermassen verkommen lässt. Kann es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Okay house

Advertised heated pool-Heated pool broken. Advertised BBQ grill- no propaneAdvertised fire pit- No FirewoodKitchen stove knobs are partially broken. Cant tell at times if they are off or not. All and all the house is nice, but with the broken amenities, id say it is average and over priced.

Great house!

We came to celebrate a family milestone, 6 people and 3 generations. Everyone loved the house, outside fire pit, fun pool table, putting green and hope to come back to enjoy the pool. Best part was just the ease of it all, quiet neighborhood cul de sac.

Very nice, great yard!

I only wish we stayed there when it was warmer, because of the pool, bbq, putting green, etc. Unfortunately, we won't be able to stay there again because of all the steps. We were visiting our 98yr old cousin who stayed w/us & there were steps everywhere. However, it's perfect for a young family, just not the elderly

Spacious house with many amenities

The location is about 15 mins from the strip. The house was accommodating for our large group. Very spacious and beds are comfortable. There are many extra blankets and sheets. The dishes in the cabinets which are half falling apart were not clean and there was not any dish soap or rags. The house needs a good dusting. Had we stayed in the summer, the pool would have been great. The kids enjoyed the mini golf pad. The backyard was spacious. The pool table was also a hit. The owner was not very responsive.

Las Vegas Marathon 2024

Our adult children and grandchildren ran in the LV marathon on November 3. The house was a little far from the finish line, but manageable. Upon arrival, I didn’t receive the door code, but after a quick email request, the host replied. Printed Instructions for your stay are not available nor are check-out instructions. We went ahead and took out all trash, dishes were cleaned and put away. The winds were strong one day and one patio chair was blown into the pool. The house is clean, and had plenty of room for 6 people. I would suggest the website list that renters need to bring their own bath soap/bath wash, shampoo etc. Also there are many wooden cooking utensils that normally are washed by hand. I went to CVS and purchased dish soap and scrubby. The beer in the refrigerator was a treat, the adult runners appreciated! Overall everyone had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

beautiful quiet neighborhood

beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of room I like that if a guest doesn't open something IE:bottle of syrup they just leave it for the next guest instead of tossing in garbage, the pool table was nice to have, we did use the washer and dryer which was easy to use, the back yard was very spacious and well cared for, it had 2 grills a firepit and a fireplace and plenty of seating for all the guests also included in back yard was a putting green and a pool. If I had 1 complaint it was that the pool was not heated and was freezing cold so we were unable to use it (even though it was in upper 80's while we were there) But overall very satisfied with this house and would definitely book it again.

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great sitting areas out side. Several to choose from. Couldn't get water slide water on. Gas grill works but difficult to light at times. Hot water was intermittent at best in the showers and non existant in the kitchen. Would have been great to have instructions on how the thermostats worked for A/C and use of tvs. There was no bath soap or kleenix, and very little dish detergent. Appears to be new to VRBO system. But, we wwre comfortably and the host is very respnsive when emailed
