Experience true California-Beach-Living. This charming and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom space is located at Santa Monica Beach just steps from the sand. The perfect setting to enjoy L.A's famous beach life! Take in the sunset with a brisk walk along the ocean, a short bike ride on the bike path to Santa Monica Pier, or continue on to Venice Boardwalk. Parking in front. This unique space is located on the ground floor of a luxury beach house. The unit is private with a separate and private entrance with convenient parking just in front. The bright bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and smart TV's. The full kitchen has French doors that opens up to an outdoor courtyard with table and lounge furniture, perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We provide bikes, beach chairs, towels & umbrella. No ocean views, no direct access to beach but a three minute walk around. Host lives on site and will be present during visitor’s stay. You will most likely not have any interactions.

Stay November 2024

The two bedrooms are ok, you can hear the traffic from the street very well and also the neighbors upstairs. There is no living room only an uncovered patio, to get to the kitchen you have to cross the patio, which is not very comfortable. In the kitchen there is a bad smell from the humidity. Internet connection very bad.

Incredible and charming

I was really surprised by how lovely this home is. It’s well appointed and the host is very friendly. We rode the bikes provided to the pier and adored the open kitchen. I will note the pipes aren’t tied down and made a very loud noise when other people on the property turned them on at early mornings hours which resulted in my not getting enough sleep during the stay

Charming bungalow!

Service was excellent. We were here for a work trip and so tired of hotel living and eating out every night. The ability to have a home base was fantastic. Super charming and comfortable! Love the outdoor space and access to kitchen.

Great location and hospitality

We enjoyed the 3 min walk to the beach. The home is pleasant and all amenities and specifications were accuracte on the vr o site. The communication with the host was excellent. We actually left an item of clothing behind and they were nice enough to mail it back to

Great getaway

This place is in the perfect location and is sooo beautiful. We loved the separate kitchen and the walk to the beach was like 2 minutes. Would recommend this place and stay here again.

Beach Vacation

My Family of 4 enjoyed this perfect property and the great location. My son and I enjoyed bike rides each day on the beach bike trails that were just outside the property using the bikes provided by the property owner. We had great communication with the property owner via text and we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine on ice when we arrived. Definitely a great place to take a family of four or smaller.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect location - close to beach and walking distance to lots of food and shopping. Only downside was the traffic noise but would stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations

The property was beautiful, clean and very close to our destinations with other family members in Santa Monica. Everything was provided to make a beach outing loads of fun. Beds were super comfortable. Instant hot water in the well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. We did not understand just how close the property was to the PCH from the listing. That could have been made more clear. Hosts were very accommodating and responded instantly to our requests.

Very Charming and Comfortable

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space and setting were lovely, and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. The extra touches of some fresh flowers, bath robes and beach towels, bikes to ride on the beach path, both coffee pods and ground coffee, and a bottle of sparkling wine were all appreciated. While the property is right on the beach with easy access, it is right on the very busy Pacific Coast Hwy. making crossing over to park a bit nervy. There is also constant road noise in the outside garden area. However, the interior bedrooms are very quiet. Overall a quality property.

Great time!

The property is as advertised! It is beautiful, right on the beach, and the hosts have thought of everything. My only complaint is that it is right on the road, which is extremely busy and pretty loud. Not sure anything can be done about that, but the stay itself was fantastic! I would stay here again for sure!

Perfect beach property

We loved our stay! Check in was a breeze and our hosts were exceptionally responsive to our questions. The property was just gorgeous with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of attention to detail. Location is ideal, just a quick walk to the beach and Santa Monica pier. This has been our favorite place to stay in Santa Monica! We’ll definately be back!
