Launch your boat at the ramp right at the end of the street and keep it moored throughout your stay in the private backyard boat slip (with lift). A large upper deck lets you sunbathe or fish in the canal. The covered back porch offers a shaded spot to enjoy coffee or cocktails. The beach, charter services, gear rentals, and bars are all less than a mile from your front door.

The single-level interior is thoughtfully furnished and well-appointed for modern comfort, with features including an impressive full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Three plush recliners and a sofa welcome casual downtime in the living room and a smart TV is equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful newly updated home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the dock and caught a variety of fish. The immediate neighbors live there year round. The beds were very comfortable and the inside of the home was clean. We did have a few minor inconveniences which could be easily remedied. There were not any trash bags left in the unit. The kitchen was the only place that had a trash can and it did not have a bag. Leaving a few extra trash bags and also providing small waste cans in the bathrooms would be much appreciated. There is a trash can outside for weekly pick up, but it was completely full and the scheduled city pick up was after our check out. A method of communication between the house cleaners and management company is needed. There is not a public dumpster available in the neighborhood. Also, the kitchen could use a few extra items. There was only one coffee mug, no mixing bowls, and only 1 small and 1 large stockpot, nothing in between. The property is pet friendly which was very convenient, however there were bags of dog poop left in the yard and poop that was never picked up. Also, there are sand burs in the small yard. They do dig up easily, but be careful as they track into the house on shoes and paws. Overall, this is a nice unit and with a few minor additions this could be a 5 star rating!
