The best of Newport Beach is mere steps from your front door when you stay in the upstairs unit of this classic beach duplex. Located on a corner lot along the ocean side of the boulevard. Your rental is THREE HOUSES from the beach.
Enjoy easy access to the soft sand and tame waves. Perfect for all levels of ocean experience. Spend an afternoon on the bayside of the peninsula at the beautiful Marina Park, where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the calm waters of the harbor before eating at the fabulous Lighthouse Cafe with panoramic bay views. Also one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound! (Not to mention top-notch people-watching).
Other walkable/bikeable destinations include Lido Marina Village, the Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier, and Balboa Island, which are all must-visits! Iconic landmarks like the Dory Fleet Fish Market, Crab Cooker, and Spaghetti Factory are within a stoneâs throw of your home as well.
