Spendera lite tid pÄ vÄr vackra stranden hus med utsikt över Natural Bridges State Park. Höra vÄgorna och se havet genom trÀden frÄn vardagsrummet och den expansiva dÀck. Glida in i sömn lyssnar pÄ vÄgorna frÄn ditt sovrum. GÄ ner blocket till stranden, bygga ett sandslott och leka i vÄgorna. Strosa lÀngs West Cliff och titta pÄ vÄgorna kraschen mot klipporna. Huset Àr ocksÄ en kort promenad till Swift Street Courtyard, hem till Kellys French Bakery, Cellar Door Café, Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing, och flera vinprovning rum, inklusive Bonny Doone, Rikliga Winery, och Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard. Detta nyligen ombyggda hus vid stranden levereras komplett med platt TV i vardagsrummet och separat barn zon, kabel, DVD och trÄdlöst internet.

Huset har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum och ett sovloft. Den övre vÄningen vardagsrummet har gott om plats för att njuta av utsikten, cozying upp till braskaminen, eller titta pÄ platt-TV. Det rymliga sovrummet Àr ocksÄ pÄ övervÄningen, och har utsikt över parken. TvÄ sovrum och 2: a bad Àr nere. Den frÀmre nedre sovrummet Àr ljust och soligt, med en drottning sÀng. Den nedre tillbaka sovrummet Àr mycket stor (25x12). Den har en drottning sÀng och en sittgrupp med en annan platt-TV och en futon soffa som fÀlls ut till en full size sÀng. I rummet finns ocksÄ ett loft med tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det Àr en perfekt plats för ett barnkalas hang-out.

Huset totalrenoverades under vÄren 2011. Köket och bÄda bad strippades pÄ bultarna och renoverade, med alla nya apparater. Alla dörrar, mattor och golv byttes ut och allt har nymÄlade. Inredningen Àr ocksÄ nya, och köket Àr fullt utrustad med tallrikar, stekpannor, bestick och servering bitar. Vi har en gasgrill pÄ dÀck, och sittplatser för 8. Vi har lagt en uteplats pÄ bakgÄrden i 2012 med en brand grop som Àr perfekt för rostning marsh mognar. Huset Àr ocksÄ utrustad med trÄdlöst.

Vi har massor av leksaker samt: 3 vuxenstorlek cruiser cyklar i garaget, tvÄ brÀdor boogie, och 6 solstolar, allt för din anvÀndning. Uthyrning ingÄr Àven badlakan, lakan och badlakan (8). Barnen kommer att Àlska att göra s'mores i eldstaden pÄ bakgÄrden. Strandpromenaden och centrala Santa Cruz Àr tre miles dÀrifrÄn, en lÀtt cykeltur lÀngs West Cliff. Huset Àr en perfekt plats för att utforska Santa Cruz, Capitola och Aptos. Andra stora dagsturer inkluderar Monterey Bay Aquarium och affÀrerna pÄ Carmel. Kom, koppla av och njuta!

The house is better than advertised. It’s lovely and comfortable and clean. Being so close to the ocean is a huge plus. And we were able to cheer on triathletes as the house was located on the bike course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We came up for the weekend for a company picnic. The house was roomy and clean. The note said everything you need is here you just cannot find it. The house had everything and more, including a bottle of wire. Thank you for a wonderful experience and memories

Perfect spot

The 7 of us from 12-82 had a great 2 days. We took advantage of the beach in walking distance, the toys, chairs and amazing deck and grill. The kitchen is the most well appointed and stocked of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. And each room had kleenex. This is how you can tell a host cares about their guests.Very comfortable for our group!

Fabulous location, fabulous property, and the best equipped kitchen I've found in a VRBO property. Unfortunately it rained durning our stay so we could not take advantage of the great deck and yard.

Family getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz. The house is even better than described and has everything you would need for a beach get away. We enjoyed the deck, taking walks, bike rides and all the comforts. So much to do and see and it was wonderful to have such a great home to relax in and enjoy family time.

Fantastic house by the beach

This is a great place for families by Natural Bridges state park. Well maintained and cared for property. The owner provided use of the beach cart, bicycles, boogie boards etc. We definitely want to stay here again.

This is a lovely, well appointed, clean, comfortable property in an awesome location. We truly enjoyed our stay! We came down for my niece's wedding. The property location was very handy for us for the entire time no matter what we had planned for the day. The property owner was very nice.

Perfect pairing of comfort and location

This is our 2nd time staying in this house, and it's been wonderful each time. It's a very nice space for a group of 7 of us, and the proximity to Natural Bridges SP and West Cliff Drive make it perfect for getting down to the beach and long walks along the coast. We spent the evening out on the front deck listening to the owl calls from across the street in the state park. Would recommend this place to others.

Wonderful location and accomodations

The description does not do the property justice! This is a fantastic neighborhood and everything you could want for a family vacation is available (bikes, helmets, boogie boards, etc). The property is very nice and clean. Host was very accommodating and available. Might be one of the best vacations we have ever had!

Nice house near a great beach

The house is clean, comfortable, and well-located in walking distance from Natural Bridges Beach. The ladder to the loft in one of the bedrooms is pretty steep so don’t count on using the loft for younger kids or adults with any mobility challenges. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Three Generations and We All Loved It

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The deck and backyard provided extra places to hang out. The children loved the games and toys provided. The short walk to the beach gave us easy access to a lovely place for the children to play and the adults to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

Bruce is one of the few 2nd generation San Jose'ans you'll meet. He grew up in Willow Glen and went to Bellarmine and UC Santa Barbara. He works in the defense industry as a business analyst. Michaela grew up in Philadelphia and moved here to work for HP as a software engineer. Much of our courtship involved long walks along the beaches of the Monterey Bay. It worked, because we have been married since 1989. Our two children keep us busy, but we still love to hike, bike and swim together when we have time. The Westside is a perfect location for us!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have dreamed of having a house on the beach in Santa Cruz since we met in 1985. We love strolling along West Cliff, hiking up to the University, biking up and down the coast, and swimming at Cowell's Beach. When we found a house where we could see and hear the ocean, we were hooked. We hope eventually to retire here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Stroll down the street to West Cliff and Natural Bridges State Beach (across the street) and nearby Wilder Ranch State Park. Watch the butterflies when they return in the winter. Take advantage of the many restaurants along Mission Avenue, in downtown, or on the wharf. If you're in the mood to stay home and cook, both New Leaf and Safeway grocery stores are minutes away. You can dine on the deck overlooking the park and the ocean, and roast marsh mellows as night falls in the fire pit in the back yard. In the morning walk up to Kelly's Bakery for a scone and a latte.
Take the cruiser bikes along West Cliff, or the wharf. Cruise the boardwalk and ride the Big Dipper. Take the boogie boards down to the beach and ride the waves! Enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer.
