This property is located in the high end gated community of Montage. It is one of the very few that is walking distance to Coachella and Stagecoach Festival Grounds (Empire Polo Grounds). The location within 5 miles has over 2 dozen golf courses, tennis and pickleball clubs, multiple casinos and great restaurants and bars. Reach out for recommendations.

This is estate home was designed with great attention for detail. Beautiful finishes inside, immaculate inside and out, large pool and spa, spacious outdoor kitchen with seating for 6 and outdoor dining for 8. The 0.37 acre backyard has a pickleball court, putting green, pool basketball, arcades, connect 4, ladder toss, corn hole. The best part yet?! Game room is the new upgrade for this incredible villa, it will be ready March 6th, new photos will follow.
