Peacefield - Blue Ridge views near Culpeper
Welcome to the Peacefield! This retreat is nestled in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the shadow of Old Rag, overlooking Hazel River Farm (160 acres). The spacious estate is perfect for escaping the city. There are many options for relaxing with a deck, hot tub, pool (summer only), home theater, and an open kitchen connecting the dining and family rooms. The beauty of the estate includes walking trails, glimpses of sheep, and local art (watercolor and photography).
The space
The home is located 7.5 miles outside Culpeper, 10 miles outside Sperryville, 45miles from Dulles Airport, and 64 miles from Washington DC. Enjoy local art galleries, quaint shops, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and eateries. During the warmer months, farm stands are located along route 522 with fresh produce. The Shenandoah National Park is just 18 miles away with abundant hiking trails.
We own and operate Hazel River Farm located next to the property. We truly enjoy working with the land and and our animals. If you would like a tour of the farm, do not hesitate to reach out.

Guests have full access to the space.

In addition to the home theater, there is a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and board games.
There is a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
In 2024, the swimming pool will be open May 13 to September 15.
