This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

I am not sure why the 3 star rating since I do not see any reason for that rating. This unit has new wood flooring in the bedrooms, new couch, new TV, etc. Any issues with unit would always be addressed by our 24/7 oncall service. Please come back.

Not as Advertised - Not a 2 bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bedroom is a TINY room with no closet. This is Not really a second bedroom. Anyone in that room would have to use the one dresser and closet in the other bedroom. If we were with another couple or kids I'd be livid. I'm giving stars based on everything but the closet for a bedroom.
Svar från VrboOwner 26 feb. 2026
Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review your stay! To avoid confusion, our listing states the second bedroom "features an HDTV and cozy SMALL built-in twin bunk beds perfect for SMALL children." There are also pictures of the 2nd bedroom included in the listing photos. Nevertheless, I will be sure to discuss your concerns with our team and determine if a change in verbiage is needed. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon!
