Great location
Pros:
The house is 3 levels. I was traveling with my sisters, so that gave us much privacy.
There is parking on the side of the house, which was huge!
The house is clean & each room has a large tv.
The 2 full and 1 half bath worked out great for all of us getting ready.
The location couldn’t have been better located for our activities.
Before we arrived the communication was great. I was given the address early, so we were able to plan routes to our gatherings.
The check in instructions were very detailed & easy to follow.
Cons:
These are minor and my guess is it won’t be a problem in the future.
When we checked in the smoke detector was going off and we had a terrible time reaching anyone to come take care of it for us. We bought a battery & thank God I have tall sisters, because they were able to stand on a chair to replace the battery. I’m too short and I wouldn’t have been able to do that.
Mark, contacted me the next morning, but I did tell him that at check in time someone needs to be available for issues that arise.
There was no note or information about the WiFi and we had to use hotspot.
Lastly, there were no check out instructions. I would suggest that a note be left in the kitchen with WiFi, tv, door lock, and check out instructions as a reference to these situations.
Over all the weekend was great. The house was great and the people I spoke with were professional and kind.
I would recommend staying at this house
