Tre sovrum ranch hem ligger på en lugn återvändsgränd nära stränder, Downtown Main Street (shoppers paradis) och Hyannis Harbour.

Sovrummet har en queen size-säng med eget privat uppdaterat badrum. Barnens sovrum har en dubbelsäng och det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. ALLA LINJER TILLVERKAS. Köket har plats för 6 med mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer, diskmaskin, disk / utrustning. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Hemmet har också ett trevligt stort däck med bord och stolar, gasgrill, central luftkonditionering, fläktar, WiFi och kabel-tv.

Belägen:

- Cirka 3/10 mil (7 minuters promenad) till Keyes Beach där du kan leta efter snäckskal, vilda liv, slappna av och fånga några strålar på sanden, kasta frisbeen eller ta ett dopp.

- 1 mil (15 minuters promenad) till Downtown Main Street där du kan shoppa, åka på karusellen, äta på en mängd restauranger och i slutet av natten ta en av dina favoritglassar.

Beautiful location for a beautiful trip

For our first trip to the area, we had a great time. Very clean & well-appointed house. With 2 adults, a 4-yr old and a 2-yr old, the house was in a great location to access all the fun of Hyannis. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Had great central location to the ferries, the Main St shops & restaurants, and other Hyannis activities. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Relaxing fall getaway

This little house was just perfect & had enough room for additional friends. Questions were answered so quickly & the neighborhood was so peaceful. The beach was wonderful to walk to in the morning

Good Get Away

Nice home that was good get away for two couples. It was a short drive to ferry harbor, or Main Street, so location was fine. The house is a bit small, but offers everything you need.

Lovely stay

Home and location were great! I personally wasn’t use to staying in a home without kitchen stables (coffee, spices, condiments, etc) so we had to go buy some things…which was fine!!!! But good to know for packing reasons.

Fantastic stay!

This was about as perfect a stay as we could have hoped for. The owners (Mark and Bridgit) were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed and the instructions on where to find everything were very clear! This place is located right down the street from the Keyes beach and a short distance from many more great kid friendly beaches. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mark!

Nice property, exceptionally clean

This is a great small property on Hyannis near the marina and near main street. It's on a very private quiet street. While we never made it to the beach due to bad weather, it was very close. House perfect for small family and was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. If we ever go to the Cape again we would stay here.

The location is great. We walked to the beach and ferry. It's 15 minutes away from the bike trail and there are tons of restaurants!

Great way to see Cape Cod

This house was immaculate and so comfortable. The location was convenient and made our day trips very easy. Mark was very helpful and available as a host. Highly recommend it for couples or family.

Fantastic location!

The house was clean, in good shape, had everything we needed (including a beach pass & central A/C!)- and wow, what a great location! Being able to walk or bike to Keyes Beach and Main Street Hyannis was such a treat. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. Even though there are other homes around, the trees give ample privacy. It was fun checking out the local beaches, Cape Cod Rail Trail, mini golf, and getting lots of take out. :)

Great location and great house.

Great location with beach pass and walkable restaurants and beach. Beautiful quiet street and house has all the amenities we could have asked for. Would def rent again next time we are in the cape.

Well maintained property

Property is in tip top shape. Located a short drive away from the Main St. business area. Also only about 5-10 minute drive from the harbor where the party boat Helen H is docked.(If you're a fluke fisherman you have to try the Nantucket Shoals trip) Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans.

The property was wonderful! Had everything you need for a great vacation!

The house is great. Clean, with central ac and all kitchenware, linens, etc. Makes packing much easier. While there is no outdoor shower, the master shower was big with great water pressure. The location to Keyes Beach was key. A short walk made easier by the wagon and cooler provided by the owners. Longer walk to town, but well worth it for busy downtown. Marina, Korean War Memorial, and JFK Memorial are bikeable. Quiet street with room for kids to safely bike. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Cape Cod

Great experience all around at Mark & Brigit's rental property. The house is in a great location close to the beach and an easy walk to Main Street. It's at the end of a dead end street making it a very quiet area, which we enjoyed especially with small children. The house comes as advertised and is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a quality rental. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The patio in the back is great after a long day of exploring the Cape. Owners were very responsive to our questions and checking in/out was a breeze. We would certainly stay here again.

Great house in a great location close to beach and main street

House was very clean and functional. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of beach towels and linens available and washer and dryer were new. The property was very quiet and the dead end street was great for the kids.

Hyannis family rental

This rental was exactly as represented. Very pleasant for our family of 5. Great location for serving as home base to travel around the Cape including trips to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

Nice stay

Nice location with easy access to beaches and downtown Hyannis. Central air was down but replaced with wall units which was adequate. Could use a few more vacation friendly items...e.g. lobster pot. Also would be nice to have an outside shower for kids returning from the beach. Owners responsive to questions and requests.

Quiet home in Hyannis

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short 10 minute walk to Keyes Beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners provided a lot including sand toys and other necessities for the beach. We had a wonderful week with the only problem being the A/C. Mark and Bridget responded quickly and were very apologetic. Would reccomend this home to other families.
