Property was in a great spot and the hosts were wonderful to work with! We were able to walk to the beach, main street and the harbor easily. Elaine was very welcoming and had good recommendations for us. Having a grill on property was great for cooking our own food and the deck made a great place to relax and dine outdoors. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was amazing! So close to the beach and they provided everything we needed for a smooth and effortless vacation. We were there for my daughter’s dance nationals and if we have them at the cape again we will 100000% be rebooking this house

I stayed with my daughters and granddaughters for seven days. I highly recommend and would stay again in a heart beat. Location is excellent, especially to the beach. We used the wagon, chairs and toys provided by the owner which made it so convenient. The house has such charm and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need plus books to read and games to play. Elaine, the owner is very easy to contact and responds immediately. I can't say enough about our stay!

Great Hyannis cottage getaway

My family and I had a great stay at Norris cottages! Home was exactly as described, was very clean, had everything we needed and the check in process was easy. Elaine and John were very helpful and informative before, throughout and at the end of our trip. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Amazing Cape Cod rental

This cute little bungalow was perfect for my small family getaway. All of the amenities described (and more!) were provided, and it had everything we could have needed. The walk to the beach was perfect for a toddler, and it was secluded enough for privacy. I would highly recommend this place, and plan on using this place again in the future!

Cute coastal cottage!

We had a great stay in this comfortable and peaceful cottage! All the beaches were within 1/4 to 1-2 miles from the house. Town was about a mile or so away. The house was clean and very well stocked. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was adorable and cozy. Lovely outdoor shower that felt private and secluded. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need to cook meals. The street was quiet and peaceful and the evenings which were thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the well tended lawn. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Weekend trip to Hyannis

Elaine and John were great hosts for my wife and I during our weekend stay @ Norris Cottages. Elaine provided detailed instructions on the check-in/out process and also tips to help use appliances in the cottage. She also offered great tips on different things to see and do for first-timers to the Cape. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again!

Amazing Stay

Highly highly recommend this property. Incredible location, easy 3 min walk to a great beach, amenities close by and Main Street has something for everyone. This house was fully stocked with everything (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even beach needs). Bring nothing but your personal belongings. The outdoor shower is a game changer. The owner Elaine is wonderful, she called us and texted on check in day welcoming us and ensuring all our needs were met. Will definitely stay here again. If you want a Cape getaway, stay here!!

A wonderful and relaxing vacation

The cottage is exactly how I imagined it - comfortable, clean, close to a lot of points of interest- the beach, Main Street, and harbor. I thoroughly enjoyed communicating with Elaine who's a delight throughout the entire process and had many great local restaurant recommendations. We usually stay in Chatham for our Cape getaway, but this was a lovely change and would definitely consider going back. This is also an ideal place for a couple with kids. Highly recommended.

Fantastic cottage for a weeklong stay

My friend Joyce and I loved staying at this property. It was close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. It was a very nice cottage, 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area and a very nice shower. We got to meet the owners as they were there at check in. Very quiet neighborhood. Just a 10 minute walk from the Sea Street cafe which is outstanding for lunch and breakfast. Loved the french toast with strawberries. Overall I give the cottage 5 stars. We hope to be back next year.
