Great location! Just minutes away fromMain St. Hyannis, beaches, and great restaurants; not far from other good locations on the Cape. It was a little tough to get the main bedroom as cool as we would have liked (even following suggestions to use the hallway fan) so that’s something to expect if it’s during a really hot time like when we were visiting. Overall a very nice spot to stay!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and found it very comfortable.We loved the Cape and enjoyed visiting all the beautiful surrounding cities.

Amazing house

The property was absolutely perfect, it was in the perfect position close to hyannis and all the major roads, we had no issues with any of the amenities at the property, loved sitting and watching the wildlife around the property, really cannot praise this house enough

Centrally located home

Fall getaway with the family! The home was lovely, just as pictured. Centrally located for an easy ride east to ptown or west to Mashpee or Falmouth. Great restaurants and activities in the area!!

Enjoyable stay!

Extremely clean...bed very comfortable. This property, in our opinion is better suited for warmer weather, not winter. A light for the entrance would be helpful if arriving after dark.

The home was clean and the decor attractive, however the house was located in neighborhood I would not want to rent in again. The home needs some minor repairs such as the screen door could not be used therefore the air conditioner had to remain on. The bathroom basin gets stopped up easily, but these are minor complaints. For us it was the neighborhood. Also I unfortunately did not receive the email the host sent me about the instructions for getting access to the home. I had to contact him 3 times on the day of arrival to get access to the home. I would not rent the home again.

Comfortable space close to great beaches and whale watching

We enjoyed this location. It was an easy drive to lovely beaches and lighthouses, whale watching with Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises, shopping/restaurants. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We did not get check-in info until several hours before, but it sounds like this was a glitch due to VRBO. The host was very helpful when we reached out.

The house was very quaint and ideal for our stay. Very clean. I was unable to stay the entire time due to commitments at home. My wife having spent her time into her teens on the Cape was in heaven being able to spend the time back there. Being able to visit with her brother and sister and our sons family made my heart happy. Thank you for making her stay special.

The apartment was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, and even basic seasonings, which made cooking very convenient. There were plenty of heating and cooling options, and the large backyard looked like a great space to enjoy unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay.The location was convenient, with grocery stores like Walmart and Trader Joe’s just a 5–7 minute drive away, and most attractions/places were within about 20–25 minutes by car.The host was straightforward and respectful of our privacy, which we appreciated. A bit more communication would have made the experience even smoother, especially since the check-in instructions were accidentally not sent and the property was a little difficult to locate at first.One small maintenance issue we noticed was that the patio doors from the kitchen and bedroom did not have functioning locks and were secured using a wooden stick when not in use. Aside from that, the apartment was very comfortable and well cared for. The basement also does not have any door which can be a little scary.

Very nice centrally located Cape Cod Cottage

The cottage doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s just like the photos inside. Very clean, nicely furnished. TVs in every bedroom and huge TV in the den. Comfortable furniture. Lots of towels, hair dryers, and even extra umbrellas. (It rained). Perfect central location to venture up to Provincetown or down to Falmouth. Main Street Hyannis with lots of shopping and restaurants is 5 minutes away. Very good communication from the hosts. Would book again.

Served Its Purpose

We honestly didn’t spend much time here…just to sleep. It was a girls trip (mom and daughters). The place was spacious and very clean. We liked having 1 1/2 bathrooms. It’s kind of remote even though it’s next to a lot of homes…but it’s at the end of a long driveway. Sliding door didn’t lock but they had a stick in the door to prevent it from opening. Hopefully they get that fixed soon if they haven’t already.

The window in the big bedroom was open 2 inches and would not shut, no screen. No curtains on some of the windows and closets did not look like they had any work done on them, smelt old.
