Horrible vacation

The place was over booked. When we arrive someone was already checked in. Host stop responding. I had to drive around for hours trying to find somewhere else to stay. I had to keep calling Vrbo support trying to get some assistance. It took over a week for my refund. My whole vacation was ruined.

Unfortunately a poor stay.

One of my guests has really bad allergies to dust. After seeing the return vent caked with it, and hearing the handler working like crazy in the garage, we pulled the air filter and it was soaking wet and full of dust. The guest bathroom ceiling was sagging and the tub was an absolute slip hazard.

Booking issue

We were not able to stay in the property. After reaching out to receive check in instructions, I was told on the morning that we were suppose to check in that our reservation had been cancelled. This property had been booked months in advance and no word until day of check in that there was an issue.

Worst Experience Ever

I booked this property, because it looked spacious and was in the right location and I was very excited. However, the host provided me the wrong code, and when I called him for assistance, he did not respond. He texted back on my cell phone telling me to go and book elsewhere and called me a scammer. I really do not recommend this property to anyone. My guests slept in the car all night because it was too late, and I had no way to book another house. I am in the process of requesting a refund of my money.
