Chalk Sound is one of the most scenic and peaceful areas of Providenciales, known for its turquoise waters and private atmosphere. Just minutes from Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches, as well as the popular Las Brisas Restaurant, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to island dining and activities.

Guests will receive a gate code the day before arrival for the private entrance gate. Upon arrival, we’ll meet you at the property for a brief welcome orientation, sharing all key codes and going through the villa and island amenities using our Digital Guidebook.

Designed to comfortably sleep up to 14 adults + 4 children. All mattresses are luxury memory foam, with white noise machines + sleep masks for restful nights.

The base rate covers up to 12 guests. A modest additional charge applies for any guests beyond that. Please share your full group size at the time of booking, and we’ll reconfirm at check-in to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your stay.

Alta Bella Villa guests will mostly drive to explore the island. The property has ample parking for 4-6 cars with private entrance and exit gates. It’s a 25-minute drive to the main Grace Bay tourist area and 5 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Guests often jog in the neighborhood or take a stroll to Taylor Bay Beach to enjoy a stunning sunset.

The Nordic Spa and Fitness Center is a special place where fitness and wellness come together. Please follow all of the guidelines for cleanliness such as showering prior to sauna and cold plunge use. We kindly ask that you help us to keep the space clean and beautiful for future guests.
