Breathtaking views of Pikes Peak inspire you to explore the surrounding area! Located on a 6+ acre park, our home is a wonderful spot to relax. This home has been specifically tailored for the perfect vacation! Walking distance to historic Rockledge Ranch & Garden of the Gods. It is within biking distance to Old Colorado City & a 5 minute drive to Manitou Springs! (PERMIT 1087)

Brand New Home! Built to entertain large groups!
This home includes a spacious gourmet kitchen, open concept livingroom, dining and kitchen. We have a game room fited for kids of all ages with 85" TV ready for gaming on our Xbox or watching an amazing movie with surround sound! The master retreat includes a SPA-like experience with a huge steam shower!

Outdoors we created a boche ball court, as well as a firepit area for roasting smores & roof top deck (available in the summer & fall) to enjoy the view of the mountain range and the park below.

You have access to the entire home and the 6 acre park across the street for your enjoyment which includes a basketball court, tennis & pickleball court & playground!
Other things to note

We can provide a grocery run if you contact us early enough! Arrive with a fridge full of goodness already stocked! Indoor/outdoor toys, books, movies, balls and a soccer goal are provided. Additional pack and play and baby gates are available. Super kid friendly home!

We do have a lot of wildlife in the area-mainly deer that like to graze at the park and sometimes in the front yard. They are really fun to watch. In addition, we have black bears like like to frequent the trash cans late at night during the spring and fall, so make sure the trash lids are secure.

Cozy, Family Friendly, Property in Colorado Springs

I stayed at Estee and Rob’s property during Christmas week 2024. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the play room, park, and making s’mores by the fire pit. It was large enough to comfortably host my family of 12. The property was properly maintained and the views of Pike’s Peak every morning are a nice bonus. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Colorado Springs.

Garden of the Gods

Our multi-generational family stayed in Colorado Springs for 4 nights. We liked the location of the house, as it was close to the Garden of the Gods & the roads leading to Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, etc. The photos show an accurate visual description of what you will find.We liked that the house had AC as we were there during a “heat wave”. I was surprised there were no screens on the any of the windows as we saw many flying insects outside.Each "family" had their own separate floor for privacy in the bedrooms & bathrooms. The upper 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans & share a bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the lower level. I would suggest adding an armoire, dresser, or hooks to one of the lower bedrooms, as that family did not have anywhere to hang or place their clothing.The main level had a large living room & dining room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with every day essentials & cleaning supplies, and also in the lower-level laundry room. The game players in our family enjoyed the lower-level video game room & the youngest had fun playing with the supplied toys & books.Thanks to Estee for the awesome "welcome" basket for making smores!

We are loving life in Colorado Springs with our 3 kids! We moved from Dallas 11 years ago and haven't looked back! We love to hike, ski, ride bikes, fly fish, camp, play at the park and entertain around our firepit. My husband and I love to travel. After we got married, we spent 3 months backpacking through Europe staying in hostels and bed and breakfasts. We fell in love with the hospitality we received while traveling and vowed to try and figure out how to incorporate that in our lives....along came vacation rentals!

We are so glad you have trusted us with your vacation plans! We hope you love Colorado Springs as much as we do and that our home feels like your home while you are here.

Our home is in a great location to enjoy walking/biking/hiking out the front door to Rockledge Ranch, a working farm open to the public with lots of summer activities. Garden of the Gods trailheads are just beyond the ranch for hiking or mountain biking, and Red Rocks Open Space is just 5 minutes away. Old Colorado City shops and restaurants along with Starbucks and groceries are 5 min down the road (you could walk if you want to). Historic Manitou is a short 5-10 minute drive with lots of great shops and restaurants.
