Overall it’s an ok house

Stayed with mom and friend looking at real estate. Overall it was an ok house. There were no blow dryers in the house…it didn’t have those “extra” touches that Vrbo rentals sometime have…and based on the house and decor it is probably a dudes house (no judgement;). Primary bedroom downstairs with en suite. Blinds didn’t have a turn stick so couldn’t open the blinds but could still pull them up. Upstairs has 3 basic queen bedrooms. No night stands or lamps so have to shut light off by the door. The 3 bedrooms shared a single bathroom that couldn’t get hot water in the evenings with only 1 person taking a shower. We tried running water for a good long while with no luck so ended up taking Luke warm (fast) shower. 1 tv in house in the living room. There was a 1/2 bath in the laundry room downstairs off the kitchen. We did not use the ping pong table in the lanai because it was super hot and no air in there. Living room had Cheerios under the coffee table. Front door handle was falling off, hard to tell if locked. Garage was not accessible to use, not a big deal but when it’s just us gals I prefer to use a garage for safety. House on the darker side, but served our purpose with needing a place to stay while looking for houses in Austin. House had lots of coffee and tea choices which was nice. Host was gracious enough to give us a late check out due to our plane being delayed…thank you.! Overall, it’s not my type of place I would stay again, but it did serve our purpose.

Spacious and clean

We slept 7 and had a local family visit for the eclipse- plenty of room for all. The backyard was awesome, chairs were actually perfect for viewing eclipse. House is equipped with everything you need, ping pong table was super fun for all. Bed really comfy. Located close to shopping in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with host- def recommend

COTA Weekend

Spent the weekend in Austin for the NASCAR race at COTA. The house was great … clean, roomy and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Hwy 71 to get to racetrack (20 minutes without traffics) or downtown (10 minutes). Three rooms upstairs and master downstairs. House had ping pong table and a big yard with firepit… we didn’t use either but will know for future visits. Very pleased with the property overall.
