Welcome to a peaceful oasis in the heart of Austin. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown and steps from the Barton Creek Greenbelt, this urban gem provides space for gathering, celebrating, meditating and working, while providing fast access to all of the hot spots. Sleeps 7 comfortably, chef's kitchen, deluxe mattresses/pillows/linens, fireplace, brand new everything, hiking galore and a COWBOY POOL - stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter, while sunbathing and stargazing!
This 3 BR/2 BA space is stylish and cozy, and is the perfect spot to reconnect with family and friends, write your next novel or celebrate life's big moments. A one story ranch, the layout is connected and easy for socializing, with plenty of private space (both inside and outside) to go off and read a book and enjoy your beverage of choice. A perfect gathering spot with a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, open floor plan, large bedrooms with huge closets, a ton of light, relaxing views, a Cowboy Pool, pingpong, Corn Hole (or Bags if you are from the Midwest). Plenty to do or do nothing at all.
A private entrance to miles of hiking in the Barton Creek Greenbelt is steps away - hike or bike downtown! Find nature in the heart of the city!
We are centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. A short Uber or drive to SXSW, ACL, F-1, UT Football and Basketball and more!

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable living room that spills into dining room and kitchen. Wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, SmartTV for movie night, lots of books and games.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen, nice countertop space for group food prep, brand new EVERYTHING⊠LG refrigerator, four-burner gas range with griddle, ceramic pans in all shapes and sizes, microwave, toaster, DeLonghi espresso/coffee maker and a French Press for you coffee over-achievers. As much as we love going out for dinner, we really enjoy cooking a fresh meal together and relaxing in front of the fire after a day of outdoor activity and adventure.
DINING ROOM: Large dining table with available leaves, can sit up to twelve comfortably.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have brand new, super comfy, top-of-the-line mattresses, Casper pillows, and layers of luxurious sheets and comforters.
GRAND SUITE: One King and One Twin (sleeps three)
GRAND ADJOINING BATH: Double-vanity, spa shower, Mexican-inspired tile from Clay Imports.
BEDROOM 2: One Queen
BEDROOM 3: One Queen
PRIMARY BATHROOM: Spa shower and soaking tub, Mexican-inspired tile from Clay Imports.
LAUNDRY: Full-sized front loading washer and dryer. Detergent and drying rack at the ready. Plenty of shelf and folding space.
SIDE PATIO: Gated terrace with extra large covered patio. Outdoor dining table and places to lounge. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening rosé, take a dip in the Cowboy Pool (cool off in the summer and get cozy in the winter), gas grill. Evening stargazing and fireside chats.
FRONT PORCH: Sunny and relaxing place to hang.
THE LAND: One acre steps away from the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Coyotes, foxes, rabbits, and lizards abound. Find nature in the heart of the city!
You'll have the unit all to yourself, with a private front patio and an extra large covered and gated side patio. Cowboy Pool (cool in the summer and warm in the winter), gas grill, outdoor dining space and places to lounge - perfectly suited to chilling and playing outdoor games.

No smoking inside.
No pets.
Events and parties must be pre-approved by the host. We are happy to cater and concierge your graduation, bachelorette or birthday celebrations. Ask us about our Crawfish Boils!
