This charming adobe style home is located at the edge of the Anza-Borrego state park. There are dozens of acres of open space between the house and the mountains.
Be surrounded by nature of the Sonoran Desert from the comfort of a house.
The views are amazing. Staying here you will experience peace and tranquility.
There are three bedrooms, including a large master bedroom with attached bathroom and door to back patio. The other two bedrooms have windows with a view as well.
The second hall bathroom is for the other two bedrooms.
The dining area has windows that open to an amazing view
The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a door to the back patio.
The house also has an attached garage.
The back and side yards are directly next to many acres of open land next to the Anza-Borrego State Park. Miles of unobstructed views of the San Ysidro Mountains and the edge of the state park.
Owner is expecting to be start accommodating by this by next season after more upgrades are completed.

Sun Gold neighborhood is a peaceful neighborhood in Borrego Springs, and this property is at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the park.

The thing which is most striking is the proximity to the open space and mountains.
You will see and hear all of the desert wildlife.
It is about a mile and half walk to Palm Canyon campground on a trail from the house.
