Located in the beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort at 40 Folly Field Road. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Club has given our condo “Diamond” Status.
Enjoy ocean views from the Kitchen, Living Room and Balcony! You will also love the sight and sounds of the Fountain by the pond.
This is a Top Floor unit (you will most likely not see the Ocean from 1st or 2nd Floor Condos!)

Hilton Head Island is just spectacular with its beautiful beaches, great restaurants and so much to do!
We spent a lot of time figuring out where we wanted to purchase a condo, and Hilton Head Beach and Tennis was the perfect fit and then we found the perfect Condo. We wanted a really good view (we saw a lot with no view or very little view). You can see the ocean all the way from the Kitchen island, Living Room and of course, the Balcony! You will never want to leave
