This house is private and only 10 minutes South of Orlando Airport, a roughly 20 minutes from Disney World, 10 minutes from Lake Nona Boxi Park, 10 minutes from Lake Nona Adventure Park, 5 minutes to Gator Airboat ride and close to restaurants, groceries and gas station.
This property has unpaved, gravel cover from access road to mobile home.
The advantage of this large area is for you to park your big toy for free such as your RV, big boat, large truck or just a plenty of space for you to hold your private event guest parking.
There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with King size bed that connected directly to the master bathroom, the master bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the house, separate from two other bedrooms by a Living room, kitchen and dining area. The second bedroom has queen size bed, while the third bedroom has one full and one twin size beds.

It's an urban development, lot of activity, the big land can let you chill in the home far from the road but still see the road activity a 120ft away.
It's perfect for getaway from the busy city style but still close to highway to get around Orlando and Kissimmee. it's perfect for working or studying.
The home is in decent space with a huge backyard that you can watch the sunset.
