We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the space and atmosphere. To clarify — your message came in close to 10pm, and although our emergency line wasn’t used, we still responded within minutes. We contacted multiple emergency plumbers that night and ultimately had our on-site maintenance manager (not property manager) there by 7am. The issue required additional equipment which arrived shortly after, and everything was resolved by 8am. At no point were we rude, in fact, we reached out several times by text and email as we were not able to get a hold of you to gain permission to enter and expedite the repair. We always take these situations seriously and acted as quickly as possible to ensure your comfort, which is exactly what we did here.
