Not coming back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has not been updated in several years. The furniture is shabby and appliances are old. Washer, dryer and toaster all stopped working during our stay. It’s sadly neglected.

Perfect Location in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The walking proximity to Mallory Square, viewing the cruise ships, short walk to the harbor, close to awesome restaurants/bars on Duval Street was perfect. Pool and spa were nice. The unit is great, although a few improvements could be made soon... new sofa, new TV's and new washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend if those improvements were made.

Great location but house needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here multiple times and love the location and the house but it’s now in dire need of updating. The furniture is old and the floors need a deep clean. It’s in a great spot to walk to everything in the heart of old town. Hoping it gets some attention before next year.

We are long time renters of Jaime of KWPR and she is amazing. Communication is wonderful with her and she goes beyond finding someplace for you to rent.

Banyan Court 238

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at the condo was okay. It was a great location about a 5-minute walk from Front and Greene streets. The only down side was the noise from ship horns and music from Hanks bar. The Condo was fairly clean but maybe slightly dated. The pool was average but could have been cleaned more often. We ended up cleaning it at least 4 times. The hot tub seemed to be too hot so we did not use it much. I did contact the manager about a few non critical issues which they took care of promptly. The view from the balcony was a dumpster (which was used all day) in the property behind the unit. Off street parking was great but it was not in front of the unit. Parking for a second car if you have guests was not so good, $60 a night at the ramp across the street from the condo. We did find an open lot on Southard Street for $15 a night and had 2 different guests use it with no problems. It was about a 15-minute walk from the condo however.

Great condo, but certain expectations that were set were not met

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and grounds were amazing and met expectations. Issues were: old, lumpy pillows even after blood stained ones were replaced. Outdated TV's. Filthy floors that left feet dirty after walking on for first 30 minutes there. Was told would have per person starter toiletries, there were none, along with having to purchase detergent and garbage bags - things that normally are always provided at minimum at monthly rentals we have been to. Back sliding door did not properly lock and was only secure if used wood stick in bottom, never told about had to realize it midway through month. Could also use update on couch/chair. Maintenance man was an amazing help and really provided the best customer service. Location cannot be beat, and pool area was amazing.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and love it there. Overall was clean but the floor needs to be mopped every so often as our feet were black from walking. The cleaning crew must have taken the rest of the toilet paper rolls off when cleaning because there wasn’t even a square of toilet tissue. Management did leave us a roll of paper towels and a sponge which was appreciated. There is a screen in one of the bedrooms which was broken. Other than that we would rent again as we have for the past 3 years.

Best Key West property and management, ever.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description, on Home Away, don’t do this property justice. We’ve rented different homes and condos in Key West for ten years. NO, property or mgmt co. Has met a five star rating in that time, or even came close. Clean, is an understatement. Both bathrooms were spotless (you just don’t find that in the Keys). No “condo” smell. Everything worked. Looks like the furniture has been there since the condo was built. All clean and in great shape. Tiny bit small for two couples for an entire month. Excellent for us. The pool, hot tub and grounds are beautiful. Best location we’ve ever had. Walk out of the complex and you’re where you want to be. Walk anywhere! Great staff at KW Vacation Properties. Good communication and very helpful. Would we use KWVP&R again? Absolutely! Would we stay in this condo or Banyon Court complex again? Is that a serious question? Does Key West have roosters? (Certainly!) Thanks for a great stay!

Just 2 blocks to Sloppy Joes, Hogs Breath. The townhouse had everything I needed for a month's stay, two very nice bedrooms, washer and dryer. full kitchen, nice living room, cable tv, internet, A/C and fans, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Refrigerator dies Year one and 7 days to replace This year January 2019 the ice maker stops working on Saturday and it is not fixed as of 10 days later when we depart. The washer goes down on Sunday and 9 days later is not repaired or replaced when we depart. My wife accumulated 92$ in laundromat fees as well as a huge inconvenience without recompense or apology. “Waiting on the parts” was the mantra. I’ve been a real estate broker for 39 years and I would have handled this rather than languishing. Lost my business and obviously lost my referral.
