Beläget i Lincoln City, är detta vackra hus i havet perfekt för dig, fem gäster och två av dina favorit fyra beniga vänner, med tre sovrum och två och en halv badrum! Detta rustika hem erbjuder otroliga vyer utanför det stora personliga däcket, där du och din familj kan sparka upp fötterna och titta på vågkraschen mot stranden eller fånga en underbar Oregon-kustnedgång! Denna tre våningar hem erbjuder dig och dina gäster utrymme att vara ifrån varandra och gott om utrymme att komma ihop, beroende på vad du är på humör för! På huvudnivån i hemmet hittar du ett bekvämt vardagsrum med soffor, stolar, en tv och även en öppen spis för de kalla vinterdagarna! Däcket kan nås från vardagsrummet. I matsalen hittar du ett fullt fungerande kök med matbord med mer än tillräckligt med sittplatser. Det stora sovrummet kan också hittas på denna våning, med en queen size-säng och ett eget badrum med badkar och dusch combo. Reser på övervåningen till översta våningen och du hittar ett öppet loftområde tillsammans med de andra två sovrummen. Ett sovrum är perfekt för barnen, komplett med en uppsättning våningssängar, medan det tredje sovrummet innehåller en annan queen size-säng. Observera att dessa två sovrum inte har någon dörr mellan dem, eftersom det här är en öppen planlösning. Det finns också ett delat badrum på denna våning för dessa rum. Resa ner till botten, och du hittar ett bonusområde med fotbolls-bord och en stor platt-TV. Detta område är perfekt för barnen eller hela familjen under de regniga Oregon dagarna. Perfect Lincoln City Retreat!

The house is great, amazing ocean and beach views. Loved the living room large enough for everyone to have a spot to hang out at the end of a long day beaching. Very likely we will rent this house again for our next LC trip!

Good Location/Needs Improvements

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The views were great inside and outside! The table was big enough for all of to gather around. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and there was little to no privacy for the bedrooms. The BBQ was un-usable. The deck was much smaller than appeared in the pictures and the chairs were broken.

Family beach weekend

We stayed here with parents and 3 and 8 year old kids. The view is gorgeous, the walk to the beach is short and easy (if you're ok with stairs) and the beds are comfortable. You should be aware that the house is VERY open plan (it's almost one big room) and the upper bunk has no railing.

Best Stay 2021!!

Beach walks can be challenging, but this location made us feel “beachside” the entire trip. The house was clean, with cleaning items and helpful notes to make the stay “easy.” We will definitely stay here again!

Time of my life!

I had the time of my life and I'm now engaged to the most beautiful woman. The house was nice and cozy, it had a fireplace which was also nice we love to sit in front of the fire at night. There was maybe a little more cleaning that could have been done as far as the furniture goes but all in all the house was nice and roomy. Definitely looking forward to coming again hopefully next time will be our wedding. Absolutely love it.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to be right by the ocean and this certainly fit the bill. It was a short walk to the beach and that was lovely. We would recommend changing the carpet as there is a distance smell in the location. We would have also loved a way to heat up water in a tea kettle or something rather than a pot. If you have a bad back, bring support as the main bed and most of the furniture does not provide a great deal of support. Having said all fo that, we got exactly what we wanted with the amazing view.

Extremely dirty and uncooperative staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was beautiful! In a perfect location overlooking the ocean. However, we had to wait on the housekeeper to go in and the house was NOT clean. It was filthy. Completely covered in dog hair, dust and sand. She did not clean a single thing. She changed the bedding and the garbage and we had to clean the entire house ourselves. It was disgusting (your welcome to whoever stays there next) we didn’t hear back from the company for 5 days and then they refused to refund our cleaning fee because they claimed we never contacted them. Even tho we sent them pictures and proof of all the email communications. We still never got a refund. We will definitely not use this company again. It’s a shame because the house was beautiful.

Pros and cons

Pros: convenient location and great views, decent array of dinnerware, pots and pans. Nice selection of games, DVD’s and books. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Washer/dryer useful. Enclosed, spacious one-car garage. We arrived after 5 pm, to ensure ample time for rental tone ready. We had a lovely time. Actually my first VRBO so-so review after many rentals. I’m usually a very satisfied guest. Cons: parts of the home were not well cleaned at all. Lazy housekeeping. Minimal privacy. The upstairs has two sleeping areas, completely open, so describing them as “bedrooms” is not accurate. The top bunk is high and unsafe, even for a teen, without a railing, and the bunk was not made, even though our reservation specified two children would be staying. Really? For a four-night stay, there were three dishwasher pods. I called property management to request additional pods for remaining day and departure day since guests are expected to run dishwasher when leaving. The reply I received was laughable. If they leave too many, a guest might take them home. No pods were delivered. Which means, dirty dishes folks. I’m on vacation. All I wanted was enough for each day I paid a good sum to stay at the rental. I used the washing machine for clothes, used one pod, and was not tempted to steal the remaining three. Amount of Flatware is scant.

Friends 2 days away

There was only 5 folks and 4 knives. It needs more silverware and serving bowls. There was only 1. The windows were so dirty you had to go outside to see the ocean. There is a leak in the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom.

Could be better

Nice views from high-bank beach home. The house was not clean. There were no extra garbage bags, so we dumped the trash directly into the bin and save the bag. Quite a walk to get to the beach - good if you want to get your steps in. We had a good time and would recommend, with some caveats, this property. If you're picky about cleanliness, don't go here.
