Incredible view and location

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Ocean front view with fireworks on the balcony was a plus!!! Will definitely stay again and again.

We had an amazing view from our balcony to watch the space launches and the ocean views. Within walking distance was Flagler street and there’s restaurants, bars, small shops and all kinds of entertainment. Mrs Minawi was great and kept us up to the minute with the check in process. (And even available early) he was more than accommodating. And so kind. We will definitely return next year.
Sunrise is worth every second of missed sleep.
The rocket launch’s are worth staying up for.
It’s even a beautiful view to watch the storms roll in.

4th floor corner condo. Can see clear to space center and watch the rockets go up. Has everything you need for your stay. Just wish it had a king bed.

Arrival was smooth and easy to check in! The condo itself was as described. It was a great location!!! The neighbor’s TV was pretty loud at night but it didn’t bother us in the bedroom with a white noise machine on. We enjoyed staying here!

On the beach, two pools, multiple places to relax, close to Flagler. What more could one need or want !!! We will be back next year.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean.

The staff was very friendly and the property was well maintained. Two large pools ensured no over crowding. The tiki hut was perfect for snacks. Activities occur daily for the kids. Overall we had a great weekend! Thanks!

This was my husband's and my first time to New Smyrna. It was a very great experience. The Condo was just as described and the owner was very helpful and nice. The people at the front desk were also always nice and helpful. Enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the surroundings. It was just the nice and quite peaceful mini vacation we needed. Hope to be renting the condo again.

You CANNOT beat the price to get this view and location!

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Minawi for their hospitality and for sharing their oceanfront condo. Their fourth floor unit is clean, quiet and with a long balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The close location to historic Flagler Avenue means you don't have to drive once you arrive. There are two nice pools and the staff, owners and guests were kind and accommodating. A perfect place for one or two people, or a small family if you want to use the sofa sleeper in living area.

Perfect location!

My husband and I have stayed in NSB before but never at this building/condo. The location is wonderful! You can walk to town easily. There is also a beach bar/restaurant that we walked to for breakfast. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The property is well kept with plenty of Chairs and umbrella tables. This is a drive on beach which means it is great for walking for miles. We will return to this spot again!

Beautiful location, price can't be beat

I can't say enough about the overcommunications (in a good way) from the owners. You will not find a better host. They even let us change our dates without charge, because we had originally booked right when covid happened. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is the condo is a bit outdated, but given the phenomenal price, maybe that makes sense. Definitely worth your stay!

Great Location and Hosts

We enjoyed our stay. They are going through some remodeling, so only one elevator was working. Also, the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working. But, our host made us aware prior to us arriving and they installed portable AC. which made it very comfortable in the bedroom, and bearable in the rest of the condo. Great location as it is walking distance to flagler ave. We would definitely stay at this property again. The front desk people are a little less than friendly.

Super Beach Vacation Location

We had the pleasure of staying at Coconut Palms II in your unit for three weeks this April. We had a fantastic time. Waking up and being able to see the ocean out the bedroom sliding glass doors and watch the sunrise was amazing. Coffee on the balcony and then a walk on the beach cannot be beat. This condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location of this condo is perfect. You are steps from the beach and within a short walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The pools are refreshing with many areas for relaxing with family and friends. I cannot recommend this unit high enough and look forward to staying again next year.

Amazing View!

Loved this rental- wonderful communication from the owner. The building is being renovated and the elevator wasn’t working, which wasn’t great. But the owner forewarned us so we knew what to expect. The view from the 4th floor was amazing and because of the renovations, most of the building was empty, so it was like a private oasis at the pool with hardly anyone there. Great owner and highly recommend.

Long Overdue Family Christmas

I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. The condo itself was a bit dated and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfy, but the view was best! We will be back soon! The hosts were very communicative and we appreciated that they checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. This one’s a keeper.

Oceanfront in the Best Possible Way

This condo is exactly as represented. Oceanfront in both the living room and the bedroom. This is not always the case with oceanfront condos and we learned that it is an absolutely great feature. This meant the balcony is also larger since it is off both the bedroom and living room. The location of this condo is perfect for walking or biking to Flagler Avenue. It was exactly a seven minute walk, so we walked to cocktails, dinner, and even enjoyed live music after dinner at several spots. Also, you can ride bikes on the beach. Front desk staff is also very pleasant too. The pool is also large attractive and very clean!

Took my girlfriend here for a few days to enjoy the beach. Condo was clean, check in and out was quick and easy. Owners were always quick to respond. If we go back to NSB, we will try to stay here again.

Owner was wonderful

Overall I enjoyed this location. The owner communicated very well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a storm just came through and the elevator and AC was not working. However the condo stayed very comfortable with a window unit AC. Also this is a great location and very clean.

Peaceful quick trip to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful to keep up with us even though there was an issue with the air conditioner. They provided a solution very quickly.
