Denna obegränsade havsutsikt renoverades fullständigt i november 2018. Alla nya möbler, inventarier och apparater. Kök och badrum inkluderar nya bänkskivor i granit och nya skåp. Italienska plattor installerade hela, samt nya kaklade duschväggar. Nya posturepedic King and Queen madrasser. Ny queen size posturepedic bäddsoffa. Denna VIP-svit rymmer 6 personer mycket bekvämt.

Stor LED T. V. 's med gratis WIFI och internet. Kopiator / Skanner / Fax i svit. X-Large tvättmaskin och torktumlare och kök utrustat med alla dina matlagningsbehov. New Hurricane Windows installerad juli 2015, för säkerhet och ljudisolering.

Denna oceanfront-svit ligger på en privat privat utväg på 65 hektar. Idealiskt beläget nära Marina, klubbhus / kafé, privat strand, lusthus, båt ramp, nyrenoverade jr. Olympisk storlek pool och badtunna med våt bar. Andra aktiviteter inkluderar tända tennisbanor, lekplats, naturstig, kajak, Tiki Huts, utomhusgrillar och bryggfiske.

Winter getaway

This is a very quiet, safe, maintained complex. The condo has all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful view from the top floor unit. Elevator close distance to the unit but you do not hear it or the air conditioning units. Swimming pool is very large and clean.

Girls get away

We stayed for 12 days. The pool is great. The only down side was the balcony was tiny. You could not have two people sit out there comfortably. That was a bummer but it was very hot so not sure how much we would have used it.Kitchen was very well supplied. The grocery is very close.

Great condo, beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pointe. Condo was just a described and very clean upon arrival. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool area is great! Lots of chairs available, pool bar was nice, water was cool! The only drawback for us was the fishing at the property was not great. It’s advertised as having a fishing dock, but there are signs all over the dock that say, “no fishing”. And the water there is very shallow. This was a big disappointment to my teenage sons. I did reach out to the owner and she responded quickly saying they were allowed to fish in the marina area, but they had no luck there. Still a good time was had by all.

Great Condo and Amenities

First of all, communication with the own was easy. She responded quickly to questions and sent a comprehensive email prior to check-in on the process and places to go and things to do in the area. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials to get us started. We stayed two weeks. The weather was 78-80 and the pool and beach were fantastic! There is a poolside bar and a bar/restaurant close to the condo. There are many other restaurants close by along with a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. There are also plenty of things close by to do.We had a great time and enjoyed staying here!

Excellent stay in The Florida Keys!!!

This beautifully renovated, non-smoking suite is in a perfect location. Newly Renovated Hot Tub and Pool in February 2016. Travel south to explore all that the Keys have to offer. Travel North, to enjoy the night life and/or shopping of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Located in the center of the Fishing and Scuba Diving Capital of the World. You won't be caught in the typical 'Keys traffic Jam'. The suite is situated just north of where Oversee's Highway opens up to two lanes. No more being late for your flight.

Guests are allowed to bring a boat up to 28' long. These reservations must be made with the Marina directly. There is both Wet Slips and Parking for your trailer and boat.
