Denna obegränsade havsutsikt renoverades fullständigt i november 2018. Alla nya möbler, inventarier och apparater. Kök och badrum inkluderar nya bänkskivor i granit och nya skåp. Denna oceanfront-svit ligger på en privat privat utväg på 65 hektar. Idealiskt beläget nära Marina, klubbhus / kafé, privat strand, lusthus, båt ramp, nyrenoverade jr. Olympisk storlek pool och badtunna med våt bar. Andra aktiviteter inkluderar tända tennisbanor, lekplats, naturstig, kajak, Tiki Huts, utomhusgrillar och bryggfiske.

Winter getaway

This is a very quiet, safe, maintained complex. The condo has all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful view from the top floor unit. Elevator close distance to the unit but you do not hear it or the air conditioning units. Swimming pool is very large and clean.

Great location exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. I just wish the pool bar/cafe had been open.

Great Condo and Amenities

First of all, communication with the own was easy. She responded quickly to questions and sent a comprehensive email prior to check-in on the process and places to go and things to do in the area. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials to get us started. We stayed two weeks. The weather was 78-80 and the pool and beach were fantastic! There is a poolside bar and a bar/restaurant close to the condo. There are many other restaurants close by along with a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. There are also plenty of things close by to do.We had a great time and enjoyed staying here!

Nice location but could use a good cleaning

I’m sure there is a cleaning service for this property. Maybe I’m too picky but when there’s greasy dust on the shutters of the kitchen closet and the tile grout is dirty I wonder about everything else. This was a very nice location for Seeing the sights. I just really can’t relax unless it’s clean. Also could use fresh paint.

Amazing spot in tavernier

This location is amazing. It's almost like having the resort accomodations. Great pool for the kids and cute beach area. I'm the center of many activities you can do in tavernier. Only a 2 hour drive to key west. We made one of our days for key west fun and still got back on time to enjoy the pool area.

Great place to stay in Upper Keys

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the location of the property. The owner gave us several great restaurant recommendations. We had everything we needed, nice pool and hot tub too.

Perfect Location in the Upper Keys

This is a great location in the upper keys. Condo was clean and had everything we needed; no doubt it’s one of the best locations on the property. We faced the ocean and were within very easy walking distance of the property’s pier and beach area. The pool is directly across from the condo and is very impressive. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly.

Relaxing Getaway

Super easy checking process with a great view and quick access to the pool and bar area. Lots of great restaurants and an easy drive to Key West and all points in between.

This beautifully renovated, non-smoking suite is in a perfect location. Newly Renovated Hot Tub and Pool in February 2016. Travel south to explore all that the Keys have to offer. Travel North, to enjoy the night life and/or shopping of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Located in the center of the Fishing and Scuba Diving Capital of the World. You won't be caught in the typical 'Keys traffic Jam'. The suite is situated just north of where Oversee's Highway opens up to two lanes. No more being late for your flight.

Guests are allowed to bring a boat up to 28' long. These reservations must be made with the Marina directly. There is both Wet Slips and Parking for your trailer and boat.
