ZenDen INDY is a Studio ADU (similar to duplex) with total privacy!! Easy access when you pull up. Follow the stone path to the covered TREX patio which is fenced in for your privacy. Enter ZDI and find a killer space with the modern finishes. Everything is Brand NEW!! Full kitchen, Washer Dryer, Vaulted Ceilings, Skylight, Granite Countertops and SS appliances! You'll love setting the mood with our LED dimmable light system (dials on wall). Gorgeous art and decor finish off this romantic urban retreat! Everything you need and nothing you don't!! Minimalistic while filling all of your needs with a fun touch of design:)
Guest Access:
Access to ZenDen INDY, covered patio and rock garden space. Solar lights installed to illuminate the pathway! Enjoy the covered TREX porch in the evenings. Fenced in for your privacy!
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet, charming, and super safe middle street in a quaint little INDY neighborhood on the north side. No through traffic! Easy access to Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Nora and Broad Ripple. 17 min to Westfield and Grand Park. Only 13-15 min to DT INDY. St Vincent is 1 mile away, DT hospitals all within 15-20 mins. IU North 12 min, Community North 15 min. IMS is 12 min away! Butler 8 min away. Children's Museum 10 min. Keystone @ Crossing 10 min. This location is central to so much and in a safe area/neighborhood of north INDY.
Getting Around:
On Street parking right out front of our studio! Super safe area in the middle of our neighborhood! Our street is pretty private and off the main roads. Uber and Lyft plentiful. Bus stops outside the neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
ZenDen INDY is an ADU that has no shared spaces. Total outside and inside privacy. The main house (adjacent) is totally separate and rented to traveling healthcare professionals or other airbnb guests. We specifically designed these units to have total privacy! Entrances for each unit are not visible from each other. ZDI has a totally fenced perimeter as well!

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load⊠if thereâs room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please donât make your bedsâŠItâs important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.
Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.
Thanks for helping us starting our sanitation process!
