“You won’t find another place like this” The Fairpoint house is in an amazing quiet neighborhood with beautiful large trees, great paths for walking or taking a bike ride. You will love that you are just minutes to parks, the boat landing, Pensacola beach and our beautiful historical downtown Pensacola. After a fun day out, you can enjoy a private large home to call your own during your sunny Florida stay! The kitchen has all major appliances, great seating to have dinner or some wine and laughs while preparing some of our Florida favorites. After dinner you will love the great screened in patio room to kick back and relax.

The house was nice and conveniently located we had a problem with the air but that was fixed after a few hours. Really had no contact with anyone from the rental company after the air issue or any time during our stay.

Great Vacation House

The House was well stocked with everything we needed. Dishes, towels, games, books and cookware. I really enjoyed the comfort of this home. It made feel at home.

Perfect for our group

Communication with the manager was seamless and quick, very accommodating, clean, cool, spacious. Location was perfect for our group and plans. Had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed promptly and quickly. Definitely will consider this property on future visits.

AMAZING

This house is a 10/10. I cannot stress this enough how cozy BIG and beautiful the house was. It was truly a home away from home! I hope this house is available when I go back on vacation!

Don’t hesitate!

This house was just amazing. A little dated but, who cares right? It fit us just right. The garage was full of toys and games to keep you busy. It was in a great location on the main road and close to everything. Would def stay here again over and over.

Wonderful location and host

Our host was absolutely amazing and very helpful with our unique situation. The house was wonderful, especially the back porch. Sidewalks everywhere, close to splash pads, parks, restaurants and a great grocery store, just a short drive to Pensacola Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent home and location!

We were very pleased with the size of the home and the layout. The snacks were a nice surprise and the coffee corner. My son said the master bedroom and bathroom was amazing but a little warm. All in all we were very happy with this home.

Amazing Property!

I rented this property for my husband's surprise birthday party. It was exactly as described on the website. They even had a welcome basket when you walked into the kitchen, which was a wonderful, thoughtful surprise. The property is within reach of everything you will need if you stay there. The best part of the property is the very private backyard; you can sit outside on a beautiful night, talking with family and friends and see the stars. When staying in Gulf Breeze, I highly recommend booking this property. I know we will book again when we come back to town.
