Welcome to my home!

Located in a modern and secure building along the busy Marina Promenade, my home offers all the amenities and conveniences needed for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

Comprised of one main living area, a master bedroom, a secondary room, and one bathroom with a shower/tub; all decorated with Scandi-inspire furniture. Here, you will find:

- Fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven.
- A smart TV with Netflix capability
- Private Balcony with marina-side views
- A dedicated workspace with a desk and daybed, which can be converted into the secondary room.
- Queen-size bed in the master bedroom
- Access to building facilities (i.e. pool & gym) + dedicated parking space for one car.

Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

My home will also be professional cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

Furthermore:

- Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road)
- 6 minutes’ drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road (depending on traffic)
- Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive
- Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
