The Space:
Elegant décor speak of its stories! As you step into the apartment the living room will catch your attention instantly with it's tasteful interior and beautiful combination of elements.

The apartment is naturally bright and the living room is packed with eclectic interior. The living area comes complete with stylish glass center table teamed up with stylish white wooden TV panel, soft carpet, unique arts, floor lamp and beautiful pendant light. Unwind in the grey couch placed in the living room (that can be turned into a bed) that is comfy enough to sit on as you enjoy watching your favorite shows in the huge HD TV screen.

The alluring Marble dining table and classy upholstered chairs that seats four are so inviting to the eyes. There is a an open kitchen equipped with complete kitchenware & appliances, which makes cooking more enjoyable.

The elegantly designed bedrooms is ensuite with built-in wardrobes a comfy and Queen-sized bed & TV. The Queen bed features premium linen which is so feathery and soft, fitted with Luxury mattresses and soft pillows will surely tempt you to sleep longer. Unique pendant light, bedside table lamps and wall décor completes the look of bedroom. Astounding Marina views are accessible right through the window of the bedroom - thanks to it's large glass window .

Bath essentials such as fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, are available for use.

Unwind the stress and enjoy your coffee in the balcony whilst admiring the breathtaking Marina views, that is just absolutely fantastic for nice sit anytime during the day or night.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to a rooftop pool, gym and underground basement parking.

The Neighborhood:
The Dubai Marina offers the Dubai Marina Mall, full of luxury high end brands. The Atlantic Tower is located very close to the Mall. The Marina is also alongside the popular JBR beach as well as it offers high end yacht cruises, an extensive selection of restaurants, close proximity to public transportation (Dubai Metro and Tram), and an amazing night life. Aside from this, the Dubai Marina is known for being a very popular waterfront community that attracts lots of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with cafes and restaurants. For the energetic, this area offers breathtakingly scenic pathways around the marina, for cyclists and runners to exercise.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
