🐬 Welcome to Beachwaves! Stunning 4-bedroom Townhouse with a great location! Only a short walk to the beach! Our luxury townhome is beautifully decorated by professional designers! As a guest, you also get our Free Forever Memories Fun Pass! 🐬
⭐⭐This is the ideal family vacation spot! Best of all, it's DOG-friendly with additional fees 🐕, plus you're only 700 ft away from the emerald green waters and the sugar-white beaches! ⭐⭐

FLOORPLAN
⭐The First floor features a Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunk beds. One set is twin over twin and the other set is full over full, there is a Full Bathroom, a walkout rear patio area, a Washer and Dryer, plenty of closet space, and a 1 car garage.
Make your way upstairs to the Second Floor and you will find the tastefully decorated Living room, Kitchen with seating for 12, the Guest Bedroom, and full Bathroom. Find comfort in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing. The adjoining Kitchen features granite countertops, a full array of stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a gourmet dinner. The Guest Bedroom is easily located off of the Kitchen and includes a king-sized bed, private deck, and walk-in closet.
A staircase off the Kitchen leads you to the grand treasure of this Townhome perfectly located on the Third Floor; The King Master Suite with a full en-suite private bathroom. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, a huge walk-in closet, and best of all... a spacious Bathroom. This Bathroom includes a large stand-alone soaking tub, a walk-in shower with glass doors, tile throughout, granite countertops, and Moen faucets. This is top-notch luxury. Down the hall, you will find the Guest bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a private deck, a full bathroom, and a walk-in shower with an oversized showerhead. An additional Washer and Dryer are located on this floor for your convenience.
COMMUNITY

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ There are no parking passes required. Our property can accommodate four vehicles by parking two small vehicles in the garage.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Rentals are available through Hunter Beach Service. Contact info will be provided after booking!
POOL
⭐ There is a community pool that is heated from March 8 - April 19. It is just a few doors down from our townhome!
PETS
⭐ This unit is pet-friendly! We must be notified if you or someone in your party are bringing pets. Pets must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and always on a leash outside. You must pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets is 2. A non-refundable pet fee of $300+tax for one pet and $600+tax for two pets is required as well as a signed copy of our Pet Agreement.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Forever Vacation Rentals
Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
