Njut av fantastisk utsikt över havet från din 3: e våning, direkt balkong vid havet. Denna enhet ligger precis intill den världsberömda Cocoa Beach Pier! Platsen kan helt enkelt inte slås! Denna enhet har en king size-säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar i gästrummet och en utdragbar drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet. Dessutom tillhandahålls allt du behöver såsom gratis höghastighets trådlöst internet, strandleksaker och tillbehör, sängkläder, handdukar, ett komplett kök, i tvättmaskin / torktumlare och mycket mer.

Piren är perfekt för människor i alla åldrar. Oavsett om du vill fiska, spela beachvolleyboll eller njuta av en trevlig middag och dryck finns det något för alla. Du är också bara några minuter från den berömda Ron Jons Surf Shop, som är en topp lokal attraktion.

Excellent location

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

We enjoyed this property very much! It was quiet and accessible to everything. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect. I enjoyed sitting there in the early morning to catch beautiful sunrises, watch ships and boats pass by and even got to see dolphins every morning!The rooftop made it super easy to watch launches from the Cape which was one of the main reasons we chose this spot.Easy walking distance to several food spots and ice cream for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

Your property was absolutely perfect. My daughter is a first year teacher so I went Spring Breaking with her. Her twin brother joined us for 3 days. It was the perfect place and perfect location.

Beach oasis

Amazing location, right on the beach! The condo is clean with updated decor. Bathrooms are very small, but nice to have one in each room. Master bedroom is big with a good bed. Second bedroom is pretty tight. My only complaint, both bedrooms need new blinds since the windows open to the hallway. We had to hang towels for privacy. It was also very bright on the morning. Overall a great place and amazing location!

Great place, good location close to Kennedy space center and a great beach right on the doorstep. Room is well furnished and has all you need to hit the beach.

Great stay

The property manager was quick to respond to our last minute request to extend our stay due to a flight change. The unit was clean and just as described. The building was a quiet retreat with easy access to the beach.

Beautiful View

We loved the condo, it was just as described, really better than described as it is closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were able to see a space shuttle launch during our stay which was amazing. It was a wonderful vacation. We will for sure be back.

Great Location

This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.

Amazing Condo and Location!

My family comes here year after year! The condos are well stocked and clean and also pet friendly! It's right on the beach and has a very clean pool. Seconds to the pier with shopping and dining. The customer service is fast and courteous. If I could rate 10 stars for them!!!

Great View

Property had a great view. Listing shows a larger bed in photos. Stock photo used no actual. Staff at the porperty not very friendly and floors in condo had been fairly dirty. Enough so a white wash cloth turned almost black. Corner and baseboards in every room dirty. Stove and oven had issues working.The owners of this property did a nice job on updates. However whoever maintains it is not doing very well. If I owned this condo I wouldnt be happy with cleaning and maintenance.

Loved the view!

Arrived and entered condo easily. No parking permits were left for us so we had to hunt those down with Drew. It would have been nice to have a welcome info sheet with some information about check in and out. A few rugs to catch the sand from the beach would be nice also. King bed was so soft we gave it up to sleep on the pull out couch. View was amazing and a close walk to the Pier. Cocoa Beach is easy to get around.

Fantastic Condo! You will love the view.

We couldn’t have been any closer to the Beach. Plenty of room for four adults. The pictures are true in the listing. Master BR Mattress is Wonderful! The bathroom are on the small side, but they work. Loved that one had a walk-in shower. Building is quiet and well lit and the elevators are quick. You don’t need anything as chairs, cooler and toys are provided. The checkin was easy and the communication was Great! Very Helpful. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.

October at the Beach

We loved being there in October. We stayed for three weeks which allowed different friends and family to rotate visits! We loved waking to the view of beautiful sunrises and saw 4 rocket launches from the roof. The air mattresses were so helpful for some of the kids. We walked to the Pier for dinner several times and Publix is close by for groceries. We ventured out for several dinners around town though we loved just being at the beach! The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We did take our own Kureig. The pool and beach towels and chairs were helpful too! We plan to go back!

Great location

Stayed at Chateau by the Sea #307. Wonderful location, fabulous view. Condo is decorated very nicely in soft beach theme tones. Felt clean except floor had lots of sand/grit, expected in a beach rental. Had an issue with the non-working sleep sofa and missing queen air mattress. Was offered to have one brought to us but we were only staying a few days and made do with the situation. King bed in the main bedroom was very soft, felt like sleeping on a marshmallow - which can be good if you like soft beds. Bathrooms a bit small but served the purpose. All body wash/shampoo/conditioner was provided and that was a bonus. Kitchen well equipped and supplies available. The balcony overlooks the pool and beach, chairs provided were comfortable but the noise from the a/c made it difficult to have a conversation or hear the waves. Nothing that StayinCocoa could do, just a flaw in the building. We were there 4 days, 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Easy entry into unit, easy communication with friendly, helpful staff via email.
