Välkommen till Perfect Beach Cottage! Den här klassiska stugan betonar allt som Folly Beach handlar om! Djurvänlig med brygga, takdäck och tvärs över gatan från stranden. 1630 East Ashley är ett 2 sovrum / 2 bad som bekvämt sover 5 och kommer att bli ett familjedestination för kommande år!

Vid ankomsten till hemmet den första du kommer att märka är den stora verandaen längs East Ashley, perfekt för en morgonkaffe eller eftermiddagslur efter en lång dag på stranden. Husets huvudsakliga vardagsrum omfattar en öppen planlösning med vardagsrum och kök kombinerat. Vardagsrummet har plattskärms-tv, bekväma sittplatser och en futon för extra sovboende. Familjen matbord skiljer vardagsrummet från köket och kommer att vara bra för familjen måltid eller spel natt. Köket har ett stort motstånd, kylskåp i rostfritt stål, elektrisk ugn / spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och alla bekvämligheter även den mest kräsna kocken skulle uppskatta.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på baksidan av hemmet med en king size-säng, platt-TV och marsh utsikt! Rummet har badrum med dusch / badkar combo samt tillgång till baksidan veranda. Nya sängkläder i hela hemmet bara lägga till dessa egenskaper överklagande. Det andra sovrummet har en platt-TV och en queen size-säng. Det slutliga badet ligger på baksidan av huset med duschkabin. Tvättmaskinen / tvättmaskinen finns också i det här större badrummet för bekvämlighet.

Baksidan av huset är favorithängplatsen med skärmad veranda och takterrass som ger panoramautsikt över vildmarken i vildmarken. Utsikten inkluderar Cooper River Bridge samt Morris Island fyren.

Den enda som kan njuta av hemmet mer än din familj kan vara din fyriga fyrbenta vän! Beach house

It was a great location in proximity to beach. Perfect place for dogs. Beach chairs need to be replaced and it would have been nice if beach towels were provided. Very skimpy in shower essentials we had to buy our own for 3 people for only 4 days. All other places we have stayed it’s been oprovidided.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed quick assess to the beach, backyard on the marsh and breezy porch. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It’s a great place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Great Property

Our stay was great. The location is great and the walk to the beach is short. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. This place is great for a small family or a couple that wants to get away.

Nice location but needs cleaning & repairs

It was a nice location and was a safe and quiet neighborhood. The beach chairs were nice to have to borrow. I only gave it two stars because of the cleanliness factor and so many things were broken and/or in poor condition. The upholstered furniture, especially the sofa was filthy and need to be cleaned professionally. The TV on the wall was crooked but I was afraid to touch it. Dust bunnies under the furniture. The binds in the small bedroom were broken and sliding glass door in master bedroom was very hard to open and close. There stick down tiles in the back bedroom are loose in spots and some actually stuck to the bottoms of our feet. There is a large hump in the kitchen floor and master bedroom floor where it looks like water causes the subfloor to swell up causing a large hump/speed bump in the middle of the floor. The baseboards door/window trim need a good scrubbing with hot soapy water as they are dirty. There were only a few hangers in each closet so we had to go out and buy a pack of hangers. There was o my one extra blanket that was dirty and smelled like body oil. I washed it twice because of the small and dog hair on it. The porches were nice to sit on and rock but just disappointed in the upkeep of the house. Lightbulbs are burnt out and need replaced too.

Love love!

We had an amazing vaca and loved this home! It is a short walk to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for our pups! Very clean and well maintained. Folly Beach is a very quaint town and Charleston was only a short drive away.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was our homebase on the island while we had our beach wedding. It is classic Folly, and charmingly eclectic. Watching the sunset or having coffee on the widows walk were some of our best times. Loved the two porches! Our dog was so happy with the backyard and the little dock. Great place!

A Perfect House

The house was perfect for a COVID break. It was so close to the beach, enabling us to walk every day. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Cute cottage getaway

The house was a quiet getaway with a lovely sunset view over the marsh. We enjoyed the porches, quick walk to the beach and nice bike rides to both ends of the island. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive to our call when the internet went out. They came right over to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Would certainly stay there again if we came to the beach with our dog.

Quiet and neat the beach!

Nice views and beach access close by! Great for our two dogs. Recommend Lost Dog Cafe on the island. Be sure to bring cleaning supplies, ziplock bags, tinfoil and plastic bags for longer stays. Lots of shells to look for and beautiful sunsets! Very soft linens and towels. Nice stay in February! Quick and close drive into Charleston.

Delightful

We loved the heart and soul put into this home... big fan of the Rodrigue Blue Dog pictures, landscaping, kayaks, and bikes. We caught crabs off the dock and watched the sunset every night from the rooftop deck. It is a wonderful home, a delight in every way.

Everything about this property is great! They have thought of every detail!

I can't say enough good things about this property. I have stayed in several houses the last several months and this is by far the best. All the houses until now were marginally clean and lacking in basic necessities. The owner has clearly thought of everything, from a flashlight mounted on the wall to a kennel for dogs.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The cottage exceeded my expectations! It was clean, comfortable, dog friendly and very well appointed. There were bikes with helmets, kayaks, and beach chairs available. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean across the street and you can hear the waves crashing from the front porch. The beach access is located just a few houses down and we enjoyed the location away from the crowds of Center Street. We would rent this cottage again.

As perfect as it looks

Best little getaway, in the best area, with the best amenities. The front porch was an absolute dream. The bikes, however, were our favorite part of the stay. :) besides getting to bring our furry friend with us. And to that point, the property was impeccable. No dog poop, hairs, smells, etc. You’d never know there’d been an animal.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay on Folly Beach and we were comfortable in this sweet little house. We were very grateful to find a place close to the beach where we could also bring our dog. The house itself is cute and we loved the front porch especially. When we arrived, we encountered a few issues, but the Carolina One managers were quick to remedy the issues. As other reviewers have noted, you will need to bring a pillow if you have specific pillow needs. We also would have given the place five stars but it needs some TLC going forward — we noticed a good bit of wear and tear indicative of a well-loved home that needs some attention. Lastly, if you are coming in the summer months, bring mosquito repellent. The mosquitoes on the marsh side were out in force.
