Kom och bo i ditt eget "home away from home!" Denna två våningar, fullt möblerad villa ligger åtta steg från poolen och 150 yards från stranden. Det är en ljus, öppen planlösning med välvda tak och takfönster. Däcket och avskärmade-in veranda har en fantastisk utsikt över poolen. Rekreationsområdet omfattar poolen (uppvärmd mars, april, oktober och november), barnpool och bubbelpool.

Villan har ett stort sovrum med en king size-säng och en nyrenoverade verkställande badrum med dusch och soaker badkar. En av övervåningen rum har en 2 queen sängar och ett badrum. Den andra har en king size-säng och ett badrum. Det finns också en pack-n-play och barnvagn, samt ytterligare en halv bad på huvudnivån.

Förutom att ha poolen och stranden så nära, erbjuder Palmetto Dunes mycket mer.
Anläggningen har tre 18-håls PGA golfbanor från designers Fazio, RT Jones och Arthur Hills. Inom orten finns flera miles av asfalterade fritid spår för vandrare, joggare och cyklister. Det finns också en 11-mil sammankopplade lagun system som kan användas för fiske, båtliv, paddling eller att se vilda djur infödda till ön.

Strax utanför Palmetto Dunes är Shelter Cove Marina och köpcentrum, ett bra ställe att shoppa, äta, eller ta en drink och ta in några levande underhållning. Palmetto Dunes har en stor transportsystem, Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Denna kostnadsfria tjänst kommer att plocka upp och släppa av någon vistas på orten någonstans i Palmetto Dunes eller Shelter Cove. Another Great Week on HHI

Great villa at Hilton Head

We had 5 adults and two children during our week at Hilton Head in this spacious villa! Beach is so close, easy walk. So much Pickleball just down the street and we played 5 days out of 6. Great villa! We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head.

Great place to stay

Very close to the beach. We enjoyed riding our bikes there every day!! Loved that the house had a bathroom for each bathroom. So nice for all our family. The owner Debra was very nice to work with and always answered all my questions so quickly!!

Huntington town house

This was our second year renting Deb and Tom's comfortable townhouse in the low traffic Huntington area of Palmetto dunes. It was very clean, nicely decorated, a short (5-10 minute) walk to the beach and right near the community pool. This year the HOA scheduled painting the exterior of the unit while we were there. The nice thing about renting from Deb and Tom is that they are responsible owners and easy to communicate with.

Celebrations

Beautiful condo. We celebrated a 60th and 30th birthdays Two wedding anniversaries, 37 years and 7 years. The property is beautiful. Walked everyday. Loved that the pool was just outside the back door. The beach is just steps away. Deb is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this villa.

Great Winter Getaway

We had a very enjoyable winter get-away at Deb and Tom's Huntington condo. Nicely decorated with updated baths and kitchen appliances. Layout worked really well for extended family. Screened porch was great since the weather was unseasonably warm. Location was in a quiet area a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Importantly, Deb was very easy to interact with: she answered our questions almost immediately.

Perfect stay for a family beach vacation

6 Adults and 1 toddler with plenty of space for everyone. The 3 Bed and 4 Bath worked out perfect for our group! The screened porch was an added bonus, it cooled down at night so we could enjoy the outside space with no bugs. The townhome is literally right next to the community pool (never croweded)! The walk to the beach was easy and shaded most of the way. The owners communicated ASAP at all times. If you're traveling with a little one they have a portacrib, highchair and stroller on site. Would totally book this again!!

Door was unlocked upon arrival, soiled sheets on porch, food in pantry, soda can on screened deck, bathing suit liner on dresser, sand on floors, uncarpeted carpet, knob on stove didn’t work and had to call for owner to provide parking pass -it had not been called in for arrival, unit location is great

Heads up

I booked this unit thinking it was much closer to the beach than it really is. 150 yards away if just false! Condo itself was very nice. Pool was good other than its not cleaned daily like others I have seen and surround by tree’s so daily there is pine cones all in the pool. On the Friday before we left the kiddie pool and hot tub had a sign from the South Carolina Dept of health that said No swimming allowed which raised concerns since we used them all week.

Home rental verses rental unit

This is strictly a rental unit. Kind of run down. We had three families staying with us for a family vacation. Bathroom upstairs had the water turned off so bathroom shower was not usable. Kitchen was not stocked that well for cooking. The pool location was nice. The beach is farther than led to believe. We had three young children with us so we went and bought a wagon for the daily trek to the beach. Very surprised to find this unit has no smoke detectors anywhere in the villa. The outside light didn’t work 99% of the time. Walking to and from car to unload was difficult without lighting. The parking Pass for our cars was supposed to be$10.00 each. They charged $25.00 per car. I would look twice before renting this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the games that were available to play in the evening. The screened in porch was great with the baby as a confined area and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the closed proximity to the pool and beach. Hopefully we will be back!! Thanks for sharing your home.

Great property!

Location of this property was perfect! Loved that it was at the back of Palmetto Dunes, so very private. Lots of trees for shade, we spent so much time on screened in porch. The pool was right there, a path from the back door! Beach was a short walk. We really loved our week away!

Disappointed

Information from owner said the fee for vehicle parking permits was $10 per vehicle. They were $25. Information also said condo was 150 yards from beach. Also untrue. Public access to the beach was at least 5 times that. We arrived at property shortly after check-in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for the cleaning service to finish. The floors, bathrooms, linens, beds, etc. were clean but the rest of the condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The screened porch would have been nice except for an accumulation of dirt on boards framing the screen and in corners. Lighting in many areas of the property was very poor, especially in the vanity area of the master bath. There was not enough light in that area for me to shave or my wife to apply makeup. I tried changing bulbs and tried multiple light switches and nothing worked. 2 positives were good beds and closeness of the pool. Pool was nice. 2 suggestions: be honest with information about the property and give it a good deep clean periodically. Also improve the lighting, especially in the master bath. Nice kitchen and and well equipped. Attractive property with great potential, but needs some serious TLC.

We chose this villa because it has everything we needed in a vacation. We are so impressed with the beauty of Palmetto Dunes and all the amenities. Our family and friends have been coming to Hilton Head for years because we love the beach, but yet we want the convenience of having shopping and restaurants nearby.

While we are staying on the island, we always bike around the trails and down the beach. We play golf and spend long days on the beach with friends and family. Everyone is always in a great mood when they are here.
