Saranac Lake är en semesteranläggning året runt med många många saker att se och göra. Detta hem är perfekt beläget 1 mil från centrala Saranac Lake barer och restauranger, men ändå avskilt på en lugn privat väg. Inga grannar kan ses från fastigheten. 1 mil från sjön Flower Flower-rampen, en kilometer från centrala Saranac Lake, 3 miles från Mt Pisgah, 7 enkla miles från Lake Placid & Olympic Village, 31 km från Whiteface-berget, Memorial Drive och North Pole Santa's Village. Det finns stränder, båtramper, kajakpaddling, vandringsleder, snöslang, snöskoter, X skidåkning i närheten. Det finns också skidhopp, bobsläde och offentlig skridskoåkning i Lake Placid. Båtuthyrning i närheten för total njutning i Saranac sjökedja. Vi har 2 kajaker och en kanot som kan användas i närliggande sjöblomma eller andra damm. Denna timmerhus har 2 stora sovrum på bottenvåningen båda med queen size-sängar. Ett stort badrum w / stå upp dusch också på bottenvåningen. På den lägre nivån är en privat ingång stort 3: e sovrum som har en tvilling över full våningssäng och en queen size-säng. Ett andra badrum med badkar ligger på den lägre nivån. Rummet på lägre nivå kan hantera en hel familj på egen hand. Ett öppet vardagsrum med en vacker hantverksspis i eldstaden håller dig varm på natten. 8 man utbyggbart matbord och ett fullt utrustat nyrenoverat kök. En utdragbar soffa finns i vardagsrummet. Till sidan finns en skärmad veranda och ett bakre däck med uteplats / stolar och rostfritt stål BBQ. (propan tillhandahålls). I sidogården finns en helt ny uteplats / eldstad med Adirondack-stolar för att njuta av en lägereld och koppla av. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare tillhandahålls. Gratis höghastighets Wi-Fi tillhandahålls. Absolutely beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy yet still close to town for ice and beer runs. Highlight of home was newer clean grill, beautiful firepit, and boats with trailer. Enough boating space for the entire family to be on the water at once. Took owner recommendation and launched at second pond, got to see lots of lakes from here. Caught sunfish, perch and bass. Great Adirondack vacation, would stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Saranac Lake

This is our second stay at the house. It is cozy, warm, and inviting and has a perfect location. Tucked away under the pines but minutes from town. And we had snow!! A wonderful holiday.

We have stayed in this home 3 times now and every year we love it. It just feels like home. Always clean and always ready for us to stay. Jason is so helpful and couldnt ask for a more responsive property manager. From the beautiful property and all the pretty trees. My dog also loved roaming around and playing with the girls in the snow. As usual cant wait to come back next year.

Cozy cabin for family ski getaway

Very clean, well equipped and cozy cabin in the beautiful woods. Perfect for family getaway in the Adirondacks. Comfortable beds and living space and a short drive to all that Lake Placid has to offer. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Quiet Mountain Getaway

The property was clean and quiet. We had one issue with the hot water which was resolved immediately. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to escape to the Adirondacks.

lovely Adirondack vacation home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house is spacious and accommodated our family which included an infant and a toddler. The house is conveniently located about a mile from the new bike trail and it was a short drive to Lake Placid. The owners were responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

So Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable!

The property is even nicer than the photos! We were very pleased with everything. It was immaculate. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The instructions were comprehensive and very helpful. Jason was very easy to reach. We are already planning our next stay!

Beautiful and Spacious home

The house as a whole, was very clean and well appointed. The main bathroom was very nice. Everything needed for an awesome family stay was there. From, the kitchen which had most anything needed for cooking. The outside layout was great. The fire pit for s'mores was really nice. They actually had all the supplies for s'mores too, which was a surprise. The deck outside, and enclosed porch was great too. We had such a restful stay, and would certainly return.

Family reunion

This cozy home in the woods provided the perfect setting for our family reunion. The large dining table set the place for warm family gatherings. With the house set back a comfortable distance from the road, we could be assured that our young grandchildren would be safe too. Last, the house is located in a convenient location enabling us to easily take advantage of the Adirondack setting.

Great Experience!

Completely private well maintained home located right outside of Saranac Lake and 10-15 minutes from Lake Placid. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to bring our dogs which was a huge plus. Our host communicated well the property was nicer than even described. We made use of the gorgeous fireplace anytime we weren't enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. Highly recommend this property and host and we will look to book again in the future!

The property had a log cabin feel in a cottage style home. Very quiet neighborhood with privacy. Location was fantastic. 15 minutes to Lake Placid and 5 minutes to the center of the town of Saranac Lake. Ample accommodations if you want the deep woods cabin feel without being away from civilization. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again in the future if the opportunity presented itself!

Nice holiday get-away!

My husband and I took our parents away to boat in the Saranac Lake region. The weather was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay at this home - where it was easy to prepare big breakfasts before setting off on our adventures for the day! We did not take advantage of the fireplace (not needed) nor the outdoor firepit - but that was due to the presence of black flies and mosquitoes! They too, it seems , were enjoying the exceptionally warm weather that weekend! Great home - provided all we needed for a relaxing get-away!

House in the woods

We are hikers so we are looking for a place to lay our head, shower and make some food and cold drinks or hot. Beautiful house and well stocked. We tried using the fire pit but the bugs were bad and the citronella candles were all gone so we just retreated inside for drinks and playing cards. Thank you Jason & Dora for sharing your get away place with us.

Wonderful Adirondack Experience!

Great location and house! There were 10 of us- 4 adults and 6 children ( 2 teen, 2 tweens & 2 Kids) and there was plenty of room for all. Felt like we were camping, with the peacefulness, privacy and wooded area of the house, but with all of the modern luxuries that traditional camping doesn't afford. Kitchen was my favorite- very large and well equipped to prepare meals for 10. Loved the fire pit, too! Great location- plenty to do nearby. We drove to Lake Placid and Au Sable Chasm, Lake Champlain, great hiking for the family too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Fell in love with the area and the house. Thank you!! Great start to our summer!

Cozy cabin in the woods

Highly recommend this property for a stay in the Lake Placid region. Communication with homeowner was prompt and clear, and check in was a breeze! The cabin was spotlessly clean, very cozy, warm and welcoming. The decor matched the surroundings and gave the house an upscale, rustic feel. All the appliances worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, glassware, cookware, etc. you could possible need. There were even spices available in the cabinet! The wood burning stove/fireplace was great, adding warmth and charm to the living area. Some wood was provided by the homeowner...and more wood was easily available to purchase at nearby stores. The location was convenient to virtually all of the attractions in the area, with drive times generally less than 15 minutes. 5 STARS+++

Great getaway

This is a very comfortable home that can accommodate a large family. Beautiful private area yet so close to town. As Neil Peart says, the best Adirondack cabins have a warm fireplace and good internet. We have both.
