MAIN AREA

Magnolia Hollow was designed to accommodate large group gatherings. The living room and dining room are open concept and adjacent to a spacious kitchen. At 10 feet long, the dining room table is big enough to host the whole family. A high chair is available for your little one.

OUTDOOR SPACE

You'll feel secluded and relaxed in the backyard. The fully fenced in yard is surrounded by trees and shale rock walls.

Grill out on the large deck off the kitchen. And unwind in the hot tub.

There's also plenty of room for parking multiple cars in the driveway.

BEDROOMS

The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. The extra-large stone fireplace is the focal point in the bedroom. And you can see the mountains through the trees out the floor to ceiling windows.

The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

All beds and pillows have encasements to be extra hygienic. And all bedrooms plus the living room have televisions.

This home is part of a duplex and there is another unit downstairs. The entrance, game room, and backyard (including the hot tub, deck, and fenced-in yard) are completely private - you will not have to share with any other guests.

This cabin was beautiful and in a great location. We had plenty of room and the owners were very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We could even here the Dollywood train whistle.

Great Location and Home

The home was in a great location for my family and I. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we were only 8 mins from the fields. Everything about the home was great from the game room to the bathroom and bedrooms. I will be sure to book this location again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Great location just a couple miles from everything in Pigeon Forge. Kitchen was a little dated, but had everything you need for an extended stay. The house was spotless and we enjoyed the game room. The only improvement could be AC in the game room.

Great home

We came with my daughter , son in law , and my grandson.The rental was very welcoming and very clean.The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining table to have our meals together and the well stocked kitchen.After a long fun day at Dollywood , which was only a 5 minute drive away.We will definitely come back!

Wonderful house and area

Loved the house! Large bedroom with a master shower. The house had great amenities too. We loved the fenced in yard for our pups and the game room was a blast. House is in a great location to all attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peaceful Stay!

This property was so peaceful and relaxing. It was clean, spacious, and the decor around the house was super cute. It was a close drive to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. The game room was so fun to have especially if you love arcade games like Mortal Kombat! Definitely a great rental!

Convenient location

The location of the house of close to the strip and town and easy to get to. The owners were nice and answered any questions we had. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. We had 3 kids ages 10-15 and they loved the game room and hot tub. Plenty of space also! Joe and Christine were excellent hosts with great communication anytime that I had a question! We would for sure stay at this property again!

Perfect Dollywood Getaway

This was our first time using Vrbo and our expectations were definitely surpassed. The house was modern, clean, and had lots of space for everyone in my family. Quiet, secluded house in the mountains and yet everything was still under 10 minutes away including Dollywood! The hosts answered any questions I had and were very welcoming, would definitely recommend!!

We were really looking forward to our stay based on the excellent reviews, but our experience didn’t quite match what we expected. While the space is attractively decorated and pet-friendly, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable than we’d hoped.Some lights weren’t working—including a bedside lamp and a main room light—and the overall lighting setup felt a bit mismatched, with either very dim or overly harsh fluorescent lights. The game room came with broken ping-pong balls (though replacements were provided quickly when we asked, which we appreciated).The biggest concern for us was that one of the main sofas had a strong odor of animal urine. We let the host know, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response or resolution. As someone with allergies, this made it difficult to enjoy time in that part of the house.The layout also felt a bit different from what we expected—more like two joined modular units than a cohesive upscale space. The pillows were quite thin and crinkly, and the floors didn’t feel very clean (our socks were quite dirty after a day of walking around indoors).This may be a good fit for pet owners or families looking for a casual spot with amenities, but for us, it didn’t quite live up to the listing or prior reviews.

Great property

We all totally loved the property. Tried to contact property manager but doubt they got the message thru vrbo system. Got immediate response from owner, hopefully they got thru to manager with the suggestion I made. Only other item we had was the lack of markings along the main street. I never saw a sign or side road marking. But that did not detract from a great visit.

Secluded but convenient

House and location were exactly what we were looking for. Close to Dollywood, restaurants, and everything else....but also secluded and quiet. Home accommodated a total of 4 adults and 3 kids (and 2 dogs) with no problems. Everyone had enough space. The kids enjoyed the arcade/game room and our dogs enjoyed fenced in backyard. Joe was also very easy to communicate with. Would stay again, for sure.

Great Experience! Very clean & game room was a big bonus!

Great place! Very clean and well keep! Plenty of room for my family! There were 7 of us including my husband, 3 children and their significant other's. Ages ranging 15-24.The game room was a great bonus! We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed several nights. Perfect getway place with a great outdoor area and hot tub! We didnt get a chance to take advantage of but will definitely plan to try to stay there again for another one of our trips to Dollywood!

Amazing location and beautiful home

My entire family was excited by this home. It’s far enough from the parkway you don’t hear the noise, yet close enough to go out and explore. We typically leave and do activities daily, but the teens wanted to stay and play. I think the only time they were in the main house was to sleep and eat. We brought our puppies along too and they had such a great time too! They became experts at the doggy door. This house has everything you need and more. The home was beyond clean, and beautifully decorated too. The setting is lush with trees and nature sounds. The hosts are just amazing and very kind. My family cannot wait to visit not only PGF, but this house is where we will be staying. I’ve been visiting PGF/GB with my family for decades and this place is by far my favorite! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation oasis!
