Enjoyable

My family and I originally planned on staying in a larger house but some members had to cancel so this house was just what we needed and it was very nice. I am looking forward to going back to the same house again. The owner was very hospitable.

Great house and an accommodating property manager

Pictures can be misleading, yet these were understated. The house was clean as were the abundant linens and towels. Issues always arise, but it’s how you handle them that matters. We had a few and they were immediately addressed resulting in our expectations being exceeded. If we ever vacation in Orlando again, we’ll be back at this house.

Cleanliness and outdated home.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The trash cans where full running over with flies and maggots. There where broken closet doors on the patio that almost fell on my 2 year old. The jets in the bathtubs where broken. The hot tub was cold, the chandelier had spider webs on it the decor on the table was dirty in the kitchen. The home also smelled like bug spray the carpet needs to be replaced and the bathroom mats are all dingy! The home also didn’t smell like it was sanitized! My face is also broke out within the first night of stay! I’m very disappointed and will be seeking compensation for this stay. The mattress where the only thing comfortable. The house also needs painted. Whoever approved this home must be blind!

Muy comoda y amplia!

Excelente! Espacios amplios! Cómodas habitaciones! Cocina completa. Lo único malo era que varias tv’s no funcionaban. Aunque estabamos todo el día por fuera pero por la noche ver tv antes de dormir no caia nada mal.

Beautiful house in a fantastic quiet gated neighborhood.

Felix is a great host. We never saw him but he addressed all of our concerns. His home is amazingly large and comfortable. Great mattresses! New furniture. Clean house. Beautiful gated neighborhood. Nice heated pool with jacuzzi. And a massage chair that’s to die for. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Spacious

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of our guests. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was just like being at home. The owner was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns and responded promptly from booking to checkout. Family friendly house that even had a crib, high chair, etc.. available for a baby or toddler. Great experience.

Beautiful and lovely

i would highly recommend this place for any family looking for a nice , clean, quiet rental home. it is so beautiful on the inside and outside. Very close to stores and theme park. I would definitely be renting again.

Pesimo, mala experiencia.

Experiencia pésima, el aire se dañó, trato de comunicarme con el dueño de la casa, el Felix Abreu, nunca me llamo, otra persona a cargo me llamó, le dije lo del aire, traeron a dos personas y no arreglaron el aire. Ya sali de ahí y aún espero por la llamada del Dueño. No lo recomendamos.

Awesome stay

Had a wonderful time. The home was clean and in a great location. Only complaints are, the master room downstairs was to hot for my parents during the night hours and non of the T.V's worked in any bedrooms. But other than that I will book again....

The house and service was amazing. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property.

The service provided by the owner was exceptional. He accommodated all our needs from early check-in to fixing the internet. The only problem I could think of was t he fact the T.V.s upstairs in the bedrooms weren't working but it really wasn't a major issue because we spent most of our time in the beautiful family room downstairs. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Very Nice!

My family enjoyed our stay and will be back next vacation! Loved the pool and the grill was great for outdoor cooking. Plenty of room for all guest and great location! Felix was always available to answer questions and very pleasant. Thank you so much!
