The Space:
From the moment you step foot into our beautifully designed villa, you'll be immersed in 2000+ square feet of luxurious living space equipped to cater to all your vacation needs. Each of our seven bedrooms exudes warmth and comfort, promising a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring nearby attractions like Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Epcot. The 4.5 baths, equipped with essentials, offer flexibility and convenience, especially for large groups.

The heart of our villa is the fully-equipped kitchen which is always ready for you to cook up a storm. Modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide array of pots, pans, and utensils, make meal preps a breeze and enjoyable. The expansive dining table promises memorable mealtimes with your loved ones.

Unwind amidst the open-concept living space echoing with laughter and creating memories against the backdrop of a large screen TV. The dedicated workspace offers a solitude sanctuary for those who need to catch up on work.

Step outside into the patio, complete with outdoor furniture perfect for soaking in the Florida sunshine. Kick-back and lounge by our private pool, or grill up some BBQ delights to enjoy alfresco.

Guest Access:
Guests have total access to this secure and guard-gated property, including free parking on the premises. Indulge in resort community features such as a stunning pool, hot tub, gym, and recreational courts - volleyball, tennis, and basketball. A refreshing nature trail and children's play area are also yours to explore. The clubhouse provides an inviting ambiance with a Tiki Bar and game room for leisure time.

The Neighborhood:
The community resort has a beautiful clubhouse, Tiki Bar, sauna and game room. A gorgeous pool is located on the resort property along with a spa, fitness room, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts surround the property for your enjoyment. A kiddies play area, and a serene 11 acre nature trail are on the property for everyone's enjoyment. Manned Gate & guarded 24/7.

Our property requires a $20 non-refundable gate fee per car while optional pool and spa heat are added luxuries at $45 per day plus tax.

While no loud parties are allowed to keep peace with our neighbors, the location offers numerous bars and restaurants along the Kissimmee strip. Experience mouthwatering local delicacies and live music at Columbia Restaurant or enjoy the sports bar atmosphere at Fox & Hounds English Pub for a nightcap.

Interaction with Guests:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without the hosts permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, the Resorts patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
