Come Enjoy this Lovely home and it's amazing floor plan! You will truly enjoy all the home has to offer!
The Neighborhood:
The community resort has a beautiful clubhouse, Tiki Bar, sauna and game room. A gorgeous pool is located on the resort property along with a spa, fitness room, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts surround the property for your enjoyment. A kiddies play area, and a serene 11 acre nature trail are on the property for everyone's enjoyment. Manned Gate & guarded 24/7.
Other things to note
The resort community requires a $20 non-refundable gate fee per car. ***No pets/smoking allowed.

Optional Pool Heat and Spa Heat at $45 per day plus tax - Must be on the entire stay
TRASH/PICKUP Emerald Island Resort provides valet trash service 7 days a week. All trash is removed from the outside bin of our home every single day of the year except Christmas Day. You do NOT need to move the bins to the street.
âą ALL trash must be bagged! That includes pizza boxes, water bottles and fast-food containers.
If ANY trash does not fit in a bag, you must take it to the compactor near the front of the resort.
âą Recyclable items and trash go in the same bag.
âą Bags must be AT LEAST 13 gallons or more. Some bags are left for you in the house.
âą Do not place liquids, broken glass, or sharp objects in the bags!
âą ALL unbagged trash left outside the bin will NOT be removed by the resort!
Our management company will be called to remove it at $25 - $50 charge.
âą Any loose trash left in the outside bin will NOT be removed by the resort!
Interaction with Guests:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without the hosts permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, the Resorts patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
