I have been living in this Benicia Highland neighborhood 40+ years. The entire City of Benicia is a family-friendly, clean, quiet, safe, waterfront community. I raised my two twin daughters in this home. They attended Robert Semple Elementary public school (half a block away), and then attended Benicia Middle and High schools.
