**IMPORTANT** The home is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC or NOISE. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

• AIR CONDITIONING is not included -- you likely won't miss it! Most of La Jolla homes do not have AC as the coast provides a moderate (~65-78) temperatures year round and there is a natural cool breeze from the hill that flows through the home. Layout & Lifestyle:
