The Space:

Upstairs Loft: Enclosed master loft with ocean-view windows, King bed, and twin sofa bed. Includes Google TCL TV, large closet, washer & dryer, and a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities, LED mirrors, and tub/shower combo.
Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, Google TV, dresser, and closet. Easy access to the carport (2 steps down) and single shower bathroom on the same level.
Third Bedroom: Spacious lower-level suite with two walk-in closets, private outdoor area with beach hose, and ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities and dual shower heads.

*Note: The fold-out Queen sofa bed in the living room is currently non-operational and will be repaired at a later date. However, the small twin sofa bed in the living room is available and free to use.

Three full bathrooms—two ensuite and one shared—both with updated fixtures and excellent lighting.

-Costco — For members, the nearest location is about 15 minutes away on Morena Blvd (traffic dependent).
-Whole Foods & Sprouts — Both are within driving distance in UTC, Clairemont, and Pacific Beach.

Other Things to Note:

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
