The dining table offers room for a group meal and the counter has extra seats too! The living room is cozy and features a mounted flat screen TV. The garage has been flexed into an additional living space with a TV and foosball table.

The Old Village is an amazing historic neighborhood in South Mt. Pleasant. The neighborhood borders Shem Creek with lots of dining options and the Charleston Harbor. It is 5 minutes away from Sullivans Island and 15 minutes from Isle of Palms. It is 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
