Njut av den fantastiska utsikten från balkongen på denna 3: e våningen Gulf Front Unit, eller ta en kort promenad till den vita sandstranden.
Denna lägenhet har en delad planlösning med sovplatser för 10 personer. Varje sovrum har ett badrum och det finns en privat täckt balkong med gott om möbler med utsikt över de två poolerna och viken. Vakna upp till solen stiga över bukten från befälhavaren. Koppla av i badkarets badkar eller använd duschkabinen efter att ha varit på stranden.
Sovrum är: en kung i mästaren, en drottning i det andra sovrummet, en tvilling över drottning våningssäng med en tvilling rulla i det tredje sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i det stora rummet. Alla sängkläder, filtar, handdukar etc. tillhandahålls.
Bekvämligheter som ingår är en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, granit bänkskivor i ett fullt utrustat kök, inklusive massor av små apparater. Du kan använda en av de kolgrillar som finns på platsen. Om du föredrar att inte laga mat, finns det lokala restauranger och ett bageri på ön, flera ligger inom gångavstånd.
Också om det finns en dag när du väljer att inte gå till stranden eller sena kvällen finns det DVD-spelare, stereo, kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och mästaren, eller använd höghastighets Wi-Fi för annan underhållning.

Dauphin Island Beach Club

Stayed the last week of July with a group of 8. The condo had everything we needed and the location is perfect, however this was our first time staying in a condo instead of a house, so the walk was a little more intense than what we're use to.

Overall a nice place to stay. We went with our two adult sons and their spouses. Beds were on the firm side and the queen bed frame has wheels that did not appear to lock so it would move some when turning over while sleeping. Seating on the living area accommodates 5 people and there is a nice chaise lounger in the master bedroom. The elevator was very quick and the beach and pool areas were not crowded at all. There were times that our family were the only ones in one of the two pools. There was virtually no traffic when we were out and about on the island. Kitchen is nice and equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, and other small appliances in a cabinet on the back side of the island that you will miss if you do not pay attention to the signage. Things were labeled in the kitchen making it easy to locate. The refrigerator has a bottom freezer with an ice maker and the small spigot on the sink is filtered water. There were two rugs (one at the sliding doors in the living area and one I’d the master bath) that moved easily and create a fall risk. We put these away during our stay. The light switch to the balcony light is on the master bedroom near the sliding door. As with other properties on the island, it is a long walk to get to the beach so we used a wagon and took a cooler with drinks and snacks.

Mini vacation

Everything was great. Only thing was a miss was under the understand that 1 of the rooms had 2 double beds and only had 1 queen bed. But beds were soft. I habe stayed here in different units 3 times now and will continue to stay at the beach club.

Enjoyable time

We felt safe. Property was convenient and easy to locate. Overall a great experience. You may want to evaluate your cleaning staff as we found a pile of sand under the dining table and pieces of dried food along the baseboards in a bedroom. The teens remarked 'at least it was cleaner than the condo at Myrtle Beach last year'.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stove had broken burner.Oven not reliable.Not enough utensils or pots.Dryer took 3 cycles. Should be tv in all rooms for kids and adults. TV in master laughable!Need binoculars! Need smart tv so guests can use their firesticks/whatever.These are very affordable perks. Needs updating for price.

Needs a very deep clean!

The property is nice! The rooms are spacious for the price and the view is beautiful! I'm super sensitive to mold and the master bath shower is full of it. The bathroom had pee around the toliet, baseboards are filthy. The blankets in the closet weren't clean. The kids room had wrappers of fruit snacks shoved everywhere. The sliding glass door would stick and take awhile to get back on track . The refrigerator works if you have nothing in it! I had to toss my yogurt and cheese I packed from home because it wouldn't cool within the first 15 hours. (We had a few drinks in there and maybe five items) we didn't overload the fridge! This place has potential if someone gave it a very long, deep cleaning.

Great time but things could be improved

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Great location, family friendly, and felt very private. However, the sofa bed was filthy and I had to let the front desk know. It looked like there was blood on the sheets, which is a little scary but hopefully everything else was clean. It was already towards the end of our stay when we realized. The freezer had trouble closing and sometimes the patio door would get stuck along with the handle almost falling off. With a few touch ups it would be absolutely perfect. The positives outweigh the negatives and we’d love to come back!

Relaxing family vacation

Perfect Fall weekend on Dauphin Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Dauphin Island Beach Club #304! The condo was spacious for 3 couples plus our two grandchildren. It provided everything we needed for our long weekend.The master suite facing the Gulf is beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pots and pans including a crock pot. The view from the balcony provided a gorgeous sunset view in October. I loved this central location because you can walk to the eastern point at Pelican Cove or west along the shore. It is a bit of a walk from the condo to the shore, but given beach erosion at our other favorite beach on the east coast, it is well worth it. The board walk provides a nice safe passage for children and parents and grandparents to the beach. Next time I will bring a small wagon to help cart our things from the condo to beach. The outdoor shower and swimming pools are very nice. The heated outdoor pool was an appreciated bonus in the cool October evening.
