OUR HOME
Enter into an enchanting 1bed + 1ba condo which has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The modern and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to enjoy with your family, either at the breakfast bar or dining table. The dining area has plenty of room to accommodate your family of 4, and there is a spacious breakfast nook to sip your morning coffee. The fully stocked modern kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances for preparing for your big day at the beach.

Snuggle up in the living room on the oversized sofa or step out onto your own patio to soak in the views of the ocean & sunset. The oversized sofa sleeper is perfect for enjoying sunsets every day! If the view isn't enough, there is a Smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows and movies or a music app to play your best Yacht Rock. The patio doors open directly to your front patio to get the best of the cool Pacific Ocean breeze.

The primary suite features a comfy King bed & private patio. This patio features a BBQ-grill tools and propane are included. You will find ample closet space and a newly remodeled bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo with oversized soaking tub.

Take advantage of the gated community's amenities. After a long day at the beach, take a soak in the ocean facing pool or hot tub, a local's favorite! Take a stroll down Cedros Design District for some shopping, or catch a show at the famous Belly Up Tavern.

This vacation home is located in the neighborhood of Solana Beach which is near theme parks & directly on the beach. Check out the public art, which is a cultural highlight & travelers looking to shop may want to visit Cedros Design District or the Carlsbad Premium Outlets & Solana Beach Farmer's Market. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Del Mar Racetrack or head downtown to Petco Park to watch our beloved Padres at a home game. GROCERIES - Shop Local! Seaside Market is a short 3 mi drive & hosts a selection of fresh produce, meats, and fine wine. Whole Foods Market is 1 mi away, Sprouts Grocery Store is 2 mi away.
ACTIVITIES - Centrally located in Solana Beach above Del Mar Beach, the famed Torrey Pines State Beach is just 3.5 mi south. If The Flower Fields are in full bloom, it is definitely worth a visit! The Carlsbad Strawberry Company has u-pick strawberries in the summer & a Corn Maze & pumpkin picking in the winter (13 mi). POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
