This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located on the Fifth Floor of a deluxe elevator residence on the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Negresco Hotel and the restaurants and boutiques of the Carre DâOr area.
The flat is fully furnished in a tasteful mix of modern and past decor. The large entrance area opens up to a spectacular dining and living room with wall to wall sea views. The main bedroom with airco, has a bathroom en suite and also has a terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif. The second bedroom, with airco too, is located on the back side of the building with a filtered garden view. A fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub is next door. Garage on request.
